Everyone was very helpful
Pros:

Loved the location, very centrally placed. And nice breakfast and everyone is very kind and ready to help.

Cons:

There’s a club next to it which tends to be noisy, I know it’s not the hotels fault but something to consider before booking

Disappointing
Pros:

Location in the heart of Nyali and close to city mall

Cons:

We had booked a Superior room, but were offered a room that was obviously a standard single room. We had stayed in the hotel previously in a Superior room so we knew what to expect. Toilet and shower were faulty. We were only reallocated to a Superior room after protesting the poor state of the room.

Pride Inn Nyali Review
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. From the friendly front desk team (James & Jackie) to the supportive housekeeping staff, everyone was attentive. Manager Dennis deserves special recognition for his prompt responsiveness and effectiveness in handling any issues I raised. The property is located in a safe walking distance to City Mall & Nyali Centre which I appreciated. Meals served were great too.

Cons:

The severe daily noise pollution from the neighbouring Al Capone night club was a major problem. The music is loud and persistent every night, seriously disrupting sleep and relaxation. This is the property's primary drawback.

Pros:

The breakfast is quite fresh and there are many choices. I in particular enjoyed the fresh juices since it is quite hot in Nyali. The room size was smaller than I expected. The location is ideal if interested in Nyali, Bamburi beach and other attractions in the area but is a good distance from Mombasa town. The staff are quite lovely and courteous.

Cons:

The size of the room is different from the advertised rooms on this site.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Lovely and spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner were both very good and had decent options to choose from. All in all wonderful experience for the family

Need a bit more activities but it was a good accommodation.
