Amazing staff! Loved the ambience
Pros:

The staff were amazing and helpful! They allowed me to check-in earlier than started time as my flight was in the in the morning and they voluntarilty upgraded my room which was nice!

Cons:

The information online says a few metres to the beach, which was inaccurate. The beach is quite a distance so it felt like an 'overpromise' but all good I still accessed Masai. The gate Askaris were really kind on guiding me

Everyone was very helpful
Pros:

Loved the location, very centrally placed. And nice breakfast and everyone is very kind and ready to help.

Cons:

There’s a club next to it which tends to be noisy, I know it’s not the hotels fault but something to consider before booking
