Great location near Nyali Centre. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, although I didn’t get to use it since I was on a business trip. It’s smaller than other Pride Inn hotels, but I’d definitely recommend it for work trips. It’s also close to Al Capone Club, making it a good option for anyone who enjoys nightlife.

Cons:

Hotellialue tosi pieni, ravintola ei myöskään kovin viihtyistä. Koko paikka jumahtanut vähän 1990-luvulle ja hinnoittelu aivan liian korkea tasoon nähden. Sähkökatkojen jälkeen huoneen puhelin soi ja herätti keskellä yötä pariinkin otteeseen. Sijainti todella huono, ei mitään muuta lähellä kun kauppakeskus.

Passable for a night stay.
Pros:

Location, my very reason for booking this place as it’s close to main Nyali business centres. The staff are very kind.

Cons:

Well, this is a basic 3- star place. I have seen more elegant, cleaner and organized 3-stars with better value for money than this. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I booked a ‘superior’ bedroom and ended up in a very basic room with twin beds pulled together. The shower tiles are dangerously slippery and the toilet floor remained wet all time from pipe leakages ( no idea from where). First night I was quite tired and asked for dinner at the restaurant - the food took ages to come by and came out very basic too. I didn’t bother to try the breakfast although I had bed and breakfast booked.

Nice hotel, with good food, friendly staff but Noisy location making it difficult to sleep.
Pros:

The size of the hotel is small in a nice way that makes it feel intimate. Good service from staff, and food variety and quality was good. Clean swimming pool with a nice bar.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a busy area that is noisy, there is a club nearby that plays loud music through out the night making it difficult to sleep. Too noisy for comfort. The hotel should consider sound proofing their rooms.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Staff were amazing I left my phone by the pool I left the hotel for a few hours I looked for my phone everywhere I thought I lost it and when I got back went to the room I couldn’t find it I thought I lost it but after some minutes the staff at the reception called me and told me I left it by the pool and they kept it safe for me wonderful

Pros:

We really enjoyed the night we spent at this hotel.
It’s very charming and cosy. The swimming pool is a real bonus.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The barman really cheered us up. He has a natural kindness and warmth that really touched us.

Pros:

Stayed in the Deluxe room and it was really big, well decorate and spacious. The meals that I had at the hotel were nice and fresh. Rooms are very well maintained.

We enjoyed me and my family. My baby girl was so happy myself I enjoyed and relaxed.
Pros:

Clean and good clean pool. Impressive service.

Cons:

Limit on taking juice to one juice glass per person yet it is a buffet which means eat all you can.
