Parking was ok and cleanness
The bed , I asked for one double bed instead got two single beds put together
Visit to hotel for a spa day with my friend
The day started off ok … after time in pool went to relaxation room which was impossible to relax in due to the noise from above .. it sounded like a heard of elephants … it was continuous…
We could not stay in there so went for lunch … waited over an hour ( no one else in restaurant) and had to ask as our treatments started at 1330
What we were served as Fish Finger Sandwich was vile bread was hard and fish finger was all batter with a awful dark sliver of fish
We had to leave for treatments and asked for spa manager who apparently had been on sick for two weeks
In the treatment room the horrendous noise from above as in relaxation room continued it was shocking
We tried when leaving to contact hotel manager who was on day off
I have since contacted him who is not prepared to compensate us
So if you want a relaxing spa day … save your money and avoid this disgusting place 🤬🤬🤬
I liked the room and the bed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organised, and the bed was very comfortable which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
Nothing major stood out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The spa had too many eople dive bombing into the pool. Got out fast. No lefeguard checking
Close to town centre
Run down, jacuzzi cold, turned away from spa an hour before it shut before that’s last entry (wasn’t told) stains on quilts, tv didn’t work, breakfast looked like it had been sat for 6 weeks and most of the stuff was empty

The bed wasn’t comfortable. Very firm.
