Inside the Pool the surrounding is abit grubby needs a good clean , when swimming could see dirty tiles
Ease of access, lovely food, very helpful staff, very spacious room, shower always hot, comfy bed, stayed an extra night !
Car park was easy to park in. Access to the gym and pool as part of the room is great! Good breakfast choices.
On the second morning we went to get breakfast and they were doing it to order (not buffet style).

Room was very spacious, nice comfortable big bed. Wifi very good.
Bathroom a little tired - shower needed updated - also a set height - prefer shower you can adjust. This is a big hotel, signage around the hotel was not always clear.
Excellent helpful staff and a very comfortable, well equipped room. Very well situated for visiting family over new years.
Musty smelling corridors with no heating making them rather cold. Limited food choice and availability. Were turned away for dinner at 5.15 as they were too busy. (Only 4 in the restaurant at the time) told to try again about 9. Went elsewhere as didn’t want to risk it.
Been there a few times it's such a family orientated hotel, The staff are so welcoming on the front reception. Restaurant staff are very friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
