Everything was fine.
The Spa was lovely , the bar was really nice although was £10 for a glass of wine . Free parking ,
Cleaners knocked on our room before check out time which was annoying . Bathroom was dated
All good, staff were great, a very enjoyable family wedding. Room was ideal.
Only issue was not putting the 5pm England football match on the TVs in the function room and the 'night do' did not formally start until 730 so there would have been no conflict.
My 9 year old unable to use the pool before 10am on the Sunday.
I have just had an extended stay of 17 nights in total. From the minute I checked in the service was absolutely superb. A special mention to Janis on Reception who was very efficient and always very welcoming and friendly.
The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfy and loved having a fridge in the room. The over bath shower always had plenty of hot water. Housekeeping, in particular Debbie, were very thorough and always happy and polite.
The buffet breakfast exceeded expectations, everything was always hot and fresh with many continental choices too. Lovely fresh orange juice (which in other places is usually too acidic for me).
I loved the pool and jacuzzi. If you time it right you may get them all to yourself, although weekends are obviously busier.
Parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces right outside Reception.
I extended my stay twice which is a testament to how happy I was. Many thanks to all concerned!

Breakfast was not that good. Very noisy rooms. Even after complaints they went to the other room to ask to keep it down but it remained very loud. No airconditioning in the room. Room was very outdated. Poor bathroom

Booked around 5pm then had to wait for an hour until the room was ready was so tired as well
