Hotel was lovely beds where comfy it was clean

I honestly don't know where to start! We had the most amazing wedding day. All of the staff were amazing and so helpful, I noticed a few staff members having a natter with some of our wedding guests and it was just so nice to see they weren't just doing their job they were a massive part of the day. Our wedding coordinator Victoria was brilliant from day 1, I was so nervous when I first started planning the wedding but she was so lovely and made me feel at ease. Gabby was in charge of our day and she made everything go so effortlessly. Owen took over towards the end and although he was a bit quiet he was brilliant too!
Professional staff, great evening meal, comfy bed. Patrick (restaurant supervisor) & Emma (reception) particularly impressed us. Assets to the hotel.

Great hotel. We booked bed & breakfast and tagged on a spaseekers.com spa package. The spaseekers part was largely a disaster. Full time staff hadn’t heard of it but the staff turned a negative to a positive with a complimentary drink at the bar (thanks, Emma) and honoured the dinner part in the hotel restaurant (thanks, Patrick). Patrick is an asset, and will no doubt be promoted into management - he’s already there in our humble opinion! He was so personable, so passionate, and clearly delivers the very highest standard of customer service. Thanks for a great dinner & hotel stay.

Ruime kamer
-Zwarte schimmel op de kitrand,
-Twee sets handdoeken voor een 3 persoonskamer die voor 3 personen geboekt was.
-elke dag discussie over het ontbijt dat was mee geboekt, maar ondanks 6 gesprekken stonden we elke ochtend weer niet op hun lijst en moesten we wachten tot ze hadden gebeld met receptie (en geen gehoor kregen). Bij uitchecken bleek het uitgezocht en was er geen discussie gelukkig, maar jammer dat we zo gedurende het hele verblijf gedoe hadden.
-Het ontbijtbuffet (Engels: bonen uit blik, tomaten uit blik, Champions, wordt, spek en spiegeleieren (allemaal hetzelfde gebakken, geen opties); continental: wat brood, fruit, cereals, melk, jam, ham, kaas) werd nauwelijks en te laat aangevuld. Waardoor er veel leeg was. Brood was meestal op. Jampotjes ook. Toen een klant personeel aansprak " excuse me, no coffee, no cheese, no bread... Please refill" kreeg die een brutaal antwoord "its not our fault, you lot eat too much cheese". Nogal shocking, bovendien was het buffet elke dag half leeg, ook toen die Poolse groep er niet was. Elke dag werkte er een apparaat niet: de ene keer koffieautomaat, de andere dag de pannenkofkenapparaat. Het repareren lukt het personeel niet. Sap bijvullen werd zo zuinig gedaan, en alleen op verzoek, zodat het steeds na 20 minuten op was.
-In het restaurant is erg duur vergeleken met anderen en ook ging onze bestelling van pizza verkeerd, met andere topping dan besteld.
-Koffie op de kamer is oploskoffie.
-Er stond gekoeld water bij de receptie. 1 keer zat daar inderdaad water en ijs in. Andere keren bij het passeren was deze leeg.
-De sauna-zwembad is ook open voor daggasten / lokale mensen. Het is steeds erg druk daar. Een zo een vaste bezoeker gaf aan dat we geluk hadden dat bubbelbad en sauna vandaag goed warm waren. Dat is anders blijkbaar niet. De deur van de sauna sluit niet goed en staat altijd op een kier.

Had an amazing wedding here, from the wedding planner victoria, decor, table planning everyone was so lovely. A lovely DJ with great music and thanks to Owen we had a ride on the golf buggies which was really special just a lovely team and place to get married room was absolutely beautiful thankyou to everyone who made our day special
Our room was perfectly clean & comfortable. No air con, but the fan provided was adequate throughout the night. Shower was fabulous. Towels replaces each day.

Just returned from an overnight stay at this lovely hotel. The room we stayed in was really spacious, comfortable and so clean. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, especially Patrick and Matthew who served us in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We were there for a wedding, ring the day before for a early check in, they said yes from 12 o’clock turned up on day and couldn’t which was not ideal for us…
Had a lovely time at wedding, came to bed time and the people staying above us you could hear everything, we felt like they walked around all night which wasn’t good as it kept us awake…
