We loved the superior room, with a big comfy bed, a sofa,a huge tv and good size bathroom. Also the kettle and fridge helped gave the home comforts.
The cleaning team are really friendly too, especially Kelly and Caroline.
At breakfast the staff are also very helpful, shout out to Anna, Lucy & Molly for their warm welcome.
When we had the time, we also enjoyed the spa for a bit of relaxation. Compact and bijou but we liked it.
We're regular visitors and will be returning later in the year.
Had a fab nite .food was lovely Owen , Jay, Natasha really look after us very professional & friendly they made our nite so they deserve 10 out 10 thank you we definitely be back coming soon 😊xxx

Location
Booked a table at Restaurant after 30 mins I had to go and ask for service, food served about 50 mins after. Then wrong food turned up. Staff were not customer friendly. Which is a shame as the young lady on reception was the absolute opposite.
My room was also adjacent to a shared room. Sounded like their to was in my room. Years behind on soundproofing.
My husband and I renewed our wedding vows in the Orangery. We had a private bar/ area which was great. The staff were fab and made sure the day/night went off without issues. We stayed 2 nights in a privilege room which was spacious and nipping clean. The breakfast was delicious and red hot with lots of selection. Would 100% recommend for a wedding party. Thanks to Victoria and all the staff involved.

I liked the breakfast and the bed is very comfortable.
The swimming pool was cold and the hot tub very hot. The temperature difference between the pool and hot tub were disproportional. They need to increase the temperature in the swimming pool and lower the temperature in the hot tub. The shower was very hot and I couldn’t lower down the temperature as the dial was broken. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and the fan extractor was not working. There is a loud noise after flushing the toilet.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was out of this world. Cooked to perfection.

The hotel was great the leisure club was lovely and our room which was a Privilege king room was brilliant. It was spacious and had a fridge with drinks in, a coffee machine, large television and a spacious bathroom with a bath and fantastic shower. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the golf course. I couldn’t find anything we weren’t happy with. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. All the staff I encountered were really friendly and helpful.
