The best hotel in Paris
Pros:

We have came for 3 nights for our 1st wedding anniversary. We been welcomed and showed the room by the staff member. Every single one of the staff was incredibly helpful. Nothing it’s too much for them and it’s an absolute gem this hotel. We will see you soon !! 100% we recommend!

Pros:

The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

The red room is too aggressive. The red bathroom was awful tbh. Even though the bed was comfortable it was near impossible to relax and sleep. Red is an aggressive colour. I would never want to stay in a red room in my life with red lights. Yikes.

Wonderful hotel and staff so will return
Pros:

Perfect room for a couple’s getaway. Very romantic. Petals were a nice touch on arrival. Loved the decor and lighting in the Moulin Rouge room. Comfortable bed, good location.

Cons:

The air con kept making a noise on the first night but this was resolved.

A perfect stay in a beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Great location, on a quiet street close to Moulin Rouge and Pigalle/Montmarte. A couple of metro lines close by as well and a lovely bakery just around the corner. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and the room had beautiful amenities, a lovely rain shower and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Being on the 1st floor we thought we would hear a lot of traffic but the soundproofing was incredible, we couldn’t hear a thing. The windows are also Parisian style so you can open the window for fresh hair and everything looks picture perfect. We will be back!

Pros:

Nous allons passer un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel où le personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était joliment décorée et très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le spa qui est ouverts toute la nuit.
La situation géographique est également idéale, au cœur d’un quartier très animé avec de nombreux spectacles à proximité.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Paris. Tout était réuni pour passer un super moment : un très bel hôtel, un pers
Pros:

Personnel super sympa, surtout la dame à l’accueil du soir. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, c’est une personne très agréable et souriante, ce qui nous a directement mis en confiance. Merci à elle d’ailleurs !

Pour la chambre, c’était le top également. Nous avions choisi la chambre Opéra, qui était tout simplement superbe.

Le déjeuner était lui aussi très bien, tout comme les serveurs qui étaient aux petits soins.

Enfin voilà, je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Cons:

Il y a néanmoins 2 ou 3 petites choses qui pourraient être améliorées. Par exemple, un matin au petit déjeuner, nous avons remarqué qu’un yaourt proposé était périmé depuis environ une semaine.

Lorsque nous utilisions le robinet de la baignoire, l’eau éclaboussait assez fort autour, ce qui n’était pas très pratique.

Un jour, nous sommes partis toute la journée et en revenant vers 16h, la chambre n’avait pas encore été faite. À 16h05, la femme de ménage est venue nous demander si elle pouvait la faire, mais nous étions déjà installés donc nous avons préféré refuser.

Enfin, nous avons également remarqué que lorsque les chambres voisines utilisaient un point d’eau, on entendait l’eau circuler dans notre chambre, ce qui peut être un peu dérangeant.

Rien de très grave bien sûr, ce sont simplement quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure.
