New: Reception is open daily 9am-5pm. Closed 1pm-2pm daily for lunch. All guests must check-in before 4:45pm. Any arrivals after, will result in the cancellation of the reservation with refund (if applicable). Pre-registration must be accepted via text message with ID and credit card verification at check-in. There is no after-hours check in available.

Close to my work area. A lot of parking. Great value for entire apartment.

Cons:

A bit run down, could use a paint and update kitchen and Bathrooms. 2 full baths would be nicer.

Very nice, quiet, convenient stay in accessible Indio community.
Pros:

The location was a very convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Center and Indio dining. Our unit was clean and quiet. The automated car gates made the entire community feel safe.

Cons:

The check-in instructions were a bit unclear. We were not giving the precise entrance and address to the vacation rental office unit in any of our confirmation emails or texts.

Spacious, clean stay with unheated pool disappointment
Pros:

Large apartment. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen.

Cons:

The pool was not heated despite the staff claiming it would be. That was disappointing

Localização, segurança, limpeza e tamanho do apartamento.

Cons:

Atendimento que antecedeu à nossa chegada foi muito ruim. O hotel não respondeu nenhuma das nossas mensagens, a respeito do late check-in ou sobre como acessar o apartamento. Tirando esse fato, o restante foi satisfatório.
Os colchões são de mola, excessivamente macios e por isso, desconfortáveis.
Somente 1 dos banheiros possui chuveiro.

Quiet and safe.
Pros:

Very quiet. It is in a gated area and felt safe. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff were very nice and stayed in touch. Questions were answered promptly.

Cons:

I understand people making sure their cars are protected, several people took 2 parking spaces for 1 vehicle.
