A lovely place to stay. Comfortable and quiet rooms.
Pros:

Room very comfortable with some nice extras. The dinner menu was really good and food excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite and helpful.

Cons:

We did feel that someone should be overseeing service as it was a bit haphazard. Orders not taken in order of people sitting down and, when taken, taking sometime to appear(drinks). Food orders taken to wrong table.

Pros:

La nostra stanza era bellissima, super accogliente e davvero unica nel suo genere! Il personale gentilissimo e subito pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste!
Colazione e cena veramente super!!
Consigliatissimo!!
Inoltre struttura super dog friendly che noi pur non viaggiando con i nostri cani abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto!

A comfortable stay with exceptional service.
Pros:

It is a beautiful building set in beautiful country side. A car is needed. The staff went above and beyond. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The food in restaurant was fantastic too.

Exceeded my expectations. Great value for money.
Pros:

The room exceeded my expectations cobsidering it was the cheaper/smaller room! It was big, lovely view, big bathroom and a big comfy bed.

Cons:

Cleaning could have been a little more thorough but it was only a few cobwebs and a bit of dust, nothing bad!

Poor customer service.
Cons:

First allocated room that hadn’t been fully made up and cleaned.
Low ceilings so had to stoop.
No room service and when I went to ask for menu downstairs guy on desk, who was on his phone reading messages, said go find one. I ordered a Deliveroo as a result.

Clean, cozy rooms with friendly staff, unfortunately slow breakfast service.
Pros:

The property itself is stunning, with the rooms being well equipped and clean.

Cons:

Staff were friendly and pleasant, however the service at times was slow - breakfast took around 40 mins to arrive, which was surprising given the limited number of people eating at the time I attended.

Nice quiet break with dinner, bed and breakfast
Pros:

It was perfect for us as it is fairly isolated. Nice rooms, bar and restaurant nicely presented. Food was great (dinner and breakfast).

Cons:

Staff, though friendly and helpful, were a little unprofessional at times, but generally okay.
