Great Stay overall. Travelled to Kashmir for the first, felt very safe and welcomed in the property.
Pros:

Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was also very good. Room sizes were small, bigger room would have certainly added to value for money quotient.

Pros:

Outdoor landscape is good

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms need urgent renovation work.
When we complained to the staff, we were told that Raddison took over the property recently and it will go under renovation soon.
But the amount they are charging right now is not at justified.
Everything in the old is old and theres a peculiar smell.

The hotel service didn’t meet the Radisson experience atall. If I come back again I personally won’t choose it.

Only thing i liked about the property was the greenery around and the good

Cons:

We booked 3 months ahead and inspite of the fact it already had a bad review about WiFi. I calked specially to check Wi-Fi connections and was told Wi-Fi have improved .That was completely misleading.. should have relied on the reviews than the hotel,
Radisson is a brand and we actually pay for the brand, but neither the rooms met the expectation s.
Too cramped room , just enough enough space for a bed and a luggage . We were provided a room with balcony ( where monkeys kept coming and a stick was provided to us… understandable they csnt control movements of monkey but basic net can be used , else why provide a room with balcony where monkeys roam about.
Secondly the tap of the bathroom room basin 625 was broken.
Again not expected from Radisson

First we were provided a room with a TV whose position was in such a place where the bed was on left side of the TV and the sofa on the back side.
When I calked up reception after check in , I told that the Tv position wasn’t not correct .. and csnt be enjoyed ftom bed , sofa on tge other side. They found it funny anyway they changed us to a room where 5/6 monkeys were sitting at the balcony and the balcony couldn’t be opened

Location good, this is a sub standard Radisson hotel , more like one or two stars and overprices

Tired property, need of TLC. Dirty room corridors, carpets filthy. Monkeys able to enter building, we had a few trying to come into our room. Gym very poor, also lack of female staff noticeable by there absence. Over priced, TV in room not working, on last day they got it to work. Over priced.
