Delusione non attesa. Peccato
Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una cena gourmet come facciamo ormai da qualche anno. Abbiamo mangiato per più di tre ore causa un servizio non ben organizzato. Anche alcuni piatti erano peggiorati rispetto allo standard dell’anno precedente. Inoltre ci è stato fatto pagare un doppio aperitivo che non ci era stato nemmeno fatturato. E dopo aver fatto notare noi che non era stato messo in fattura, abbiamo dovuto faticare per farci fare la fattura anche di quello. Per il costo pagato, sinceramente il servizio non è stato all’altezza delle scorse volte. Anche il costo del caffè a fine cena gourmet non è accettabile vista la qualità dello stesso. Non torneremo il prossimo anno.

Tout. Ambiances hors du temps dans cet hôtel de grand charme. Le personnel est très sympathique et très professionnel. L’endroit est vraiment magnifique et très bien décoré. La nourriture est délicieuse, et la piscine avec la vue sur la mer est très agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour

Soggiorno incantevole nel Mediterraneo selvaggio
Pros:

La struttura è incantevole, davvero un angolo di paradiso con un giardino mediterraneo selvaggio e un ambiente rustico curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Colazione di alto livello (omelette e crudi buonissimi), staff gentile e preparato. Graziana è sicuramente il valore aggiunto, ti fa sentire a casa ed è attenta a ogni bisogno del cliente.

Cons:

Camera sicuramente al di sotto delle aspettative. Per il prezzo pagato non abbiamo amato i due letti uniti e materassi singoli uniti con un topper, il bagno molto scomodo e senza bidet e la televisione davvero microscopica.

Wonderful hotel and staff
Pros:

Extremely beautiful and tucked away hotel in Salina. Makes you feel like you're on the edge of the world. Very kind staff, great service, near a rocky beach and perfect volcanic hike.

Vacation with friends and relatives after the wedding

I want to pay tribute to all the staff. Their service and quick response ability are truly exceptional. Everything here is just amazing! The sea, the volcano, the lemon, I could just lie here forever! From start to finish, we were constantly marveling at the amazing service. This place really deserves to be known by more people. From the hotel's shuttle service upon disembarkation, to the luggage handling, and assisting me in communicating and coordinating with the activity experience providers, everything was just fantastic! The breakfast was also absolutely amazing! The only downside was that we encountered many fish bones while having dinner in the evening, and our feedback to the service staff received no response
