Hotel Espana

Un ottima soluzione per una notte/due senza allontanarsi troppo da termini. Ben collegato a 5 minuti dalla fermata Manzoni della Metro A. La struttura è poco esigente, essendo una vecchia costruzione romana le mura non sono troppo spesse e può capitare di sentire rumori dai "vicini".
Ho trovato molto scomodo il materasso e praticamente assente la TV (il monitor in dotazione era così piccolo da impedirne la visione)
Il personale è molto gentile e la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anche nella mattina è stato molto comodo. La nostra camera non era pronta ed hanno provveduto subito ad assegnarcene un altra già disponibile.

The hotel was situated in the perfect location for sightseeing famous historic landmarks.
Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious.
Only fault was that it didn't have a lift and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage.

El hotel para ir a dormir esta bien, la pega es que hacen las habitaciones demasiado pronto. A las 6 de la mañana ya estan dando golpes las camareras de piso. Estuvimos en la planta baja, supongo que en las plantas superiores no se oira tanto. El desayuno esta muy bien, aun siendo en un salon pequeñito, tenia acceso a una terraza jardin muy cuca.

朝食のレパートリーは多くないが、ボリューミーなパンがいくつかあり満腹になった。フロントスタッフはフレンドリーに対応してくれた。全体的に満足できたが、１つあげるならば、トイレでの廃棄物が流れないことがあった。

Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermarkt waren in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir konnten dort am Abreisetag problemlos unsere Koffer bis zur Abfahrt deponieren und noch etwas besichtigen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Handtücher / Bettwäsche wurden - wenn nötig - ohne Aufforderung gewechselt. Duschgel, Shampon, Seife und Fön waren im Badezimmer vorhanden.

The lication was good 15 min walk to termini 7 min walk to bus station the break fast was good enoght
the wifi was grate air conditioner was ok silent neighborhood the room was smaler than what you see in the picture but made us no problem the receptionist were always present .

Close to train, tram and buses. There is also a supermarket and restaurants near by. The room or hotel does not have a microwave. You will need a converter for your electronics. You can also purchase it nearby for about 5 Euros.

Hotel is located on a quiet street, 20 min very fast walk from Termini, very central. Room is tiny, but with big windows and light it feels allright, bed is small
but comfortable. Breakfast typical Italian with sweet pastries.

I liked everything about the hotel. Location, staff cleanliness etc. the only problem I had was their was not Internet service in the hotel. I hope they will start that soon.

Great location near Termini (main train/bus station) on a quiet street. Rome's oldest Gelato shop nearby and about 10-15min walk to Colosseum. Rooms small but clean and thought pricing was good value for money given it was summer season.

We found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. It was very near the Metro, but we found that we could walk to most destinations. there is a supermarket at the end of the road which had everthing you might need. We would stay again.

Good sized room, very small shower, great breakfast. 10min walk to train station.

Hotel it is located in very convenient place. Five minutes on foot from the underground or half an hour to Termini. Nearby food shop. A place silent. A breakfast very tasty. I recommend.
