Location, ambience, the staff, it was all good. The room was spacious as was the bathroom
It was all good
Lovely, quiet hotel, very cozy room and comfortable bed. Spacious Room with all the amenities you need for two days stay. Excellent breakfast.
It was clean and comfortable and the location was good and staff very friendly
The road works on the square were loud and dusty and the hotel didn’t notify us beforehand
Great location & staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful
We were on the second floor but the lift only went to the first. The stairs were steep up to our floor and no help was offered with our bags. We were never informed that we were on a floor with no lift service. Indeed the whole second floor seemed like an afterthought, our door key didn’t work on numerous occasions so we had to walk back down to get replacements and we could not see any fire escape.
Great location at a very good price.
nothing
Good location - easy to walk around the main side of Jerez. Lots of restaurants nearby. On site parking. Efficient staff. Lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed.
Nothing
Location was fantastic, hotel was excellent.
No complaints
Very well located to main attractions and tapa bars
The hotel is in desperate need of an update. It's a beautiful facility with lots of charm but furniture is old and worn. The breakfast is sub par compared to the food available in Jerez . The staff was wonderful and service was great. It does look like the bathrooms were done not so long ago, but the rest it's been awhile. True shame. There is a Michelin plaque outside the hotel but I don't know for what.
The building the location the decor and the staff
Internet was weak in the bedroom.
best location
The staff of the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful .
Excellent location
The room had an unplaisent smell
Perfectly located, comfortable and a bit quirky, staff very helpful and friendly, changed our room immediately (difficulty with second floor staircase).
No car access in hotel street, street dug up, under construction, footbridge over gravel in front of entrance. See photos. Only 2 junior suites available, one at ground floor facing street construction, one at 2nd floor witk elevator only to first floor. We were given an ordinary double room at slightly lowe rate after complaining.
Great location and friendly staff
