Cons:

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais sommes partis au bout de la 1ère car la chambre était sale, il y avait des bestioles mortes et pas mortes. La salle de bain était toute crasseuse. C'est inamissible pour un hôtel 3*.
Le réceptionniste (Vladimir) devait s'occuper de nous rembourser la nuit restante mais bien sûr rien n'a été fait! Aucune parole.
L'hôtel est situé près de la grande route, il est bruyant. Il faut 20 minutes en voiture pour se rendre au centre de la ville historique.
Le petit déjeuner est très peu achalandé.
Nous avons été très déçus.

Muy buena estancia!!!
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación! Personal super amable y buenas atenciones.

Cons:

Todo me gustó! Tal vez decir que en la habitación había un poquito de humedad en una de las paredes y era evidente porque tenia algo de pintura levantada y que solo nos pusieron 2 toallas siendo 4, pero eso no es nada grave ni que no se pueda manejar.

Cons:

Es un hotel antiguo que a primera vista parece limpio y ordenado, pero la habitación estaba muy descuidada. Las paredes sucias y marcadas, la puerta con manchas, olor a humedad y persianas reparadas con filtraciones. Se nota la falta de mantenimiento.

Había mucho ruido en los pasillos y se escuchaba todo desde las ventanas. La habitación estaba tan deteriorada que preferí no quedarme. Me sorprenden las buenas reseñas; quizás no es un hotel acorde a mis expectativas.

Excelente hotel!!
Pros:

El hotel es muy limpio, cómodo, céntrico y su desayuno es espectacular, los empleados son super atentos. Lo mejor es la tranquilidad, no se escucha ningún ruido. De verdad no tenemos ninguna queja.

O melhor hotel para ficar em Santo Domingo.
Pros:

Todos os funcionários foram solícitos, nos atendendo em todas as nossas demandas e necessidades. O hotel possui quartos largos, com uma excelente localização. O café da manhã é delicioso. A cama muito confortável. Tivemos uma estadia perfeita.
