Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Hotel Aladino durante mi estadía en Santo Domingo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas e impecables, equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Valoro mucho que cuentan con servicio de restaurante y comida a la habitación. Sin duda, lo mejor fue la atención del personal: amables, serviciales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Muy recomendado!

Una estancia maravillosa y un establecimiento a recomendar.
Pros:

Era nuestra primera vez en este hotel, regularmente tomamos un Airbnb cuando visitamos la capital, pero seguro que vamos a repetir. El capital humano que tienen es excelente!! Las camas eran super cómodas y la habitación estaba bien limpia.

Cons:

Solo destacaría lo reducido que es el desayuno, poca variedad.

Pros:

La habitación, la comodidad de la habitación. Me he quedado un sin número de veces y vuelvo hacerlo

Cons:

Hubo un momento incómodo porque el equipo del desayuno tenía registrado dos personas y éramos 4 en la habitación. Quizás hubo un error en la información de la reserva. Aunque nos sentíamos raros que nos miraban todo el tiempo, reconozco que luego lo manejaron muy profesional.

We aren’t fussy and complicated guest this hotel we would stay over and over.
Pros:

The customer service was great. We enjoyed the restaurant especially the dessert. Breakfast was also a huge plus. The location of the hotel is beneficial it’s a cozy style that allowed us to relax in comfort. If you are going to Santo, and want a great value Aladino is good.

Cons:

The language barrier was a little challenging at times but they did their best. Room cleaning times seemed not to be scheduled. The restaurant doesn’t give change in US dollars.
