Ultra clean, convenient close to everything spacious and comfortable beds.
Pros:

The apartmant was ultra clean and spacious. The view over the Merimbula lake was stunning. Its a short walk to the front ocean beach and so handy. Also a quick stoll to main street Merimbula over the bridge. Bonus of watching the planes take off and land! Apartment had all the extras to make the stay easy and really comfortable beds. Well maintained apartment, and will stay there everytime we go through next time.

Perfect get away
Pros:

Us 3 elderly ladies totally enjoyed our stay at Waterview just opposite the lake and 2mins walk to the beach, close to the shops and other places. The weather was perfect and we will be back also the managers and Georgie the dog were very friendly 😀 👌

Acceptable but disappointing, especially the cost
Pros:

Large living area. 3 large brdrooms. Clean facilities and bedding/ towels. Easy check in and self check out.although check out is 9.30 which is unusual all other places are 10am.

Right on the main busy road, noisy and definitely not private. The photo did not show that it is on the main road. The deck was narrow and not relaxing as it faces the road and it is not large enough to have a table and chairs out to enjoy the sun. Parking is very tight. Check out is 9.30 which is unusual all other places are 10am.
Cleaner was standing at the door waiting for us to leave, making it uncomfortable and in turn we didn't check properly and rushed out leaving behind items, one of which was our toddlers teddy for sleeping. Hence the next few nights were unsettling for him until WE rang and paid for it to be sent back to us.

Carpete nos quartos, parte hidráulica precisa de renovação, mas não comprometeu. Na limpeza dos apartamentos após a saída de um hóspede, é preciso mover os móveis para limpar em lugar não visíveis à primeira vista

Ideal place to stay with the family.
Pros:

The 3 bedroom apartment was bigger than some people’s home. It was such a great space and layout.

Cons:

My only negative was the front rooms were a little stuffy. A ceiling fan would have made it perfect.
