Cleanliness
9.3
Consistently praised: daily housekeeping and very clean rooms ('takarítás kifogástalan', 'Sehr sauberes', 'Igényes tisztaság').
Service
9
Mostly very friendly and helpful staff with multiple mentions of excellent service; isolated issues reported (slow reception, attempted overcharge) but overall staff is a strong point.
Location
9.4
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent — central position, very close to the lake and town, convenient for sightseeing and amenities.
Room Quality
7.9
Rooms are described as spacious and generally comfortable, but recurring problems include lack of air conditioning (very hot rooms in summer) and occasional poor mattress comfort.
Amenities
8.1
Good amenities noted (sauna, small pool, garage/parking availability), though parking fees and crowded underground garage were mentioned as drawbacks.
Value for Money
8
Several guests reported good value and would return; some complaints about extra charges, parking cost or payment issues slightly reduce this score.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Buffet breakfasts and lunches praised by many, but some guests found breakfasts poor and noted that lunch did not include drinks (not even water).
Overall Experience
8
Majority of guests satisfied and repeat visitors; overall positive stay thanks to location, cleanliness and helpful staff, tempered by the specific issues above.

Pros:
