Pros:

Personale giovane e gentile, ottima palestra e campi da squash. La posizione perfetta che consente di essre raggiunta facilmente in auto, comodo parcheggio e verde nelel vicinanze. Il centro della citta' con i ristoranti e locali e' a pochi passi a piede.

Cons:

Servizi in generale, quali la spa, la pulizia, il senso di vecchio. La struttura meriterebbe un refresh. Circa la spa, molto vecchia, non sarebbe nemmeno male come stile, ma dando un'occhiata ai condotti dell'aria sul soffitto in vari punti, si nota come non venga effettuata pulizia e manutenzione da anni... Per un presunto 4 stelle credo sia inaccettabile. Non sono state fornite le ciabatte monouso per la spa, in reception mi e' stato detto che purtroppo sono temrinate. Sara' anche stato un caso, ma...

Lokalita i hotel jsou moc pěkné. Skvělý je welness přímo v hotelu. Hotel pěkně, stylově zařízený.

Cons:

Snídaně jsou sice v pořádku,dobré, ale docela dost průměrné.

Good location but be careful with the 4• star rating
Pros:

The hotel is near to the down town next to a nice park, with cosy parkplacees. The lady at the brekfast was very nice and friendly

Cons:

Well it says it’s 4 star but I wouldn’t give more then 3*. The place opened in 1996, but in 2026 it seems a bit written off. We were in std double room with a 140cm bed! The sleep quality was awful. In the wellness the steak bath doesen’t work for weeks.

Kellemes légkör, különleges, szép berendezés az étkézőben, wellnesz nagyon jó, hotel közel a centrumhoz, kedves perszonál.

Cons:

A szoba fekvése a parkolóra nézett.

There aren't any other hotels in Győr that compare to this one.
Pros:

The location is very good, especially if you are traveling by train. The city center is just a short walk away.
The wellness area is huge.
The cleanliness has improved significantly recently.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Yes, the equipment could be renovated. The breakfast could be improved, too.

But overall we are always very pleased with our stay here.

Kellemes hely volt, apróbb kellemetlenségekkel.
Pros:

A reggeli tökéletes volt, hangulatos környezetben.

Cons:

A wellnessbe részlegben mindegyik medence vízhőmérséklete hideg volt még azután is, hogy rákérdeztünk a recepción és állításuk szerint elindították a víz fűtését. Továbbá a szoba zuhanyzójában se volt langyos víznél melegebb víz.
