Group bookings of 3-5 rooms have a cancellation policy of 14 days. This rule is also applied to individual bookings of 5 nights or more. Group bookings of 6+ rooms must be canceled outside of 28 days to avoid a cancellation charge. Full payment is required 14 days/28 days prior for the above bookings.

Everything but especially the staff being so friendly and helpful. Being dog friendly is great and the food is excellent. My room was amazing and ready early. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Shaftesbury! Thank you!
It's just a shame there's no nearer long term parking than Angel Lane. Oh some of the chairs in the bar are very badly stained and need a clean or replacing.

It’s quirky, centrally located, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Generous sized bedrooms and very clean.
