Chambre un peu petite et sans vue extérieure. Chaises de la salle à manger un peu basses et tables un peu étroites. Pas d'espace de lecture.
I was missing the curtain from the window, I couldn't make the room dark at night. The current price of the room was almost half of mine, but they were not willing to offer it.
Location was absolutely brilliant for sights and nipping to bars and restaurants. A real gem of a location, right in the heart of Santa Cruz …. Straight into the myriad of lanes or 2 mins to the Cathedral & Alcázar. Staff were very helpful too. The hotel was quiet and the help yourself coffee and snacks served at 4:30 were really appreciated to see you through to a late supper.
The room was a little small and the mattress wasn’t particularly comfortable - had collapsed on one side.
Best hotel in Seville
Our suite wasn’t on par with the other hot tub suites in the hotel (I have stayed in all of them). Feedback given to staff who were great.
The room I was given, although lovely, overlooked an interior courtyard. I would have preferred a window allowing fresh air in from the outside. I did not know that some rooms had access to a street view and some did not.
Exceptionally converted property into a hotel, traditional and comfortable design and furnishings. Great location in old city within a hundred meters of the Cathedral. Terrific staff, breakfast and rooftop views of cathedral. Great value.

Hotel molto bello, caratteristico e in una posizione davvero ottima, nel cuore di Siviglia. La zona è vivace e piena di locali, ma di notte si dorme benissimo perché le camere sono tranquille e non sono stata disturbata dal rumore.
L’unica cosa migliorabile è la colazione: c’era tutto il necessario, ma non era molto curata. Mancavano alcune informazioni (per esempio per preparare il cappuccino) e la sala colazioni era un po’ fredda. Secondo me, per un hotel di questo livello, dovrebbe esserci più personale presente in sala e sarebbe meglio se bevande come caffè, tè o cappuccino fossero servite al tavolo invece che self-service.
