Wunderschöner Ort
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, die Zimmer schön gross und sauber und die Hotelanlage ein Traum. Die Kinder liebten den Aussenpool und den Spielplatz!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ging es teilweise lange, bis die ausgegangenen Sachen wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Und man wartet eine gefühlte Ewigkeit, bis der Toaster die Toasts geröstet hat.,

A estadia foi boa.
Pros:

O atendimento na recepção e no jantar foram muito bons. O café da manhã bom, exceto os ovos mexidos. No café da manhã fui muito bem atendida pela Débora, na ausência dela o atendimento foi razoável. A roupa de cama muito boa. Chuveiro muito bom também.
O hotel é afastado necessita de carro.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável, que vinha das poltronas de couro. Nos ofereceram outros quartos, mas todos tem o mesmo mobiliário e o mesmo cheiro.
O piso dos corredores é muito rústico e por isso o carrinho das camareiras, de manhã, faz muito barulho.

Adresse à découvrir très beau bâtiment et excellente cuisine.
Pros:

Belle adresse dans un parc absolument magnifique et très beau bâtiment.
La table remarquable avec présentation d'assiette incroyable. Martina au service très professionnelle, et parle très bien le français et sait bien expliquer la carte avec précision.
Juste à côté de la banque du vin incroyable et à découvrir.

Cons:

Il pourrait y avoir une meilleure qualité dans le pain au petit déjeuner surtout qu'il y a l'université culinaire à côté et au vu du repas excellent la veille avec un excellent pain par contre.
Le café doit vraiment être amélioré au petit déjeuner.

Une belle découverte
Pros:

Le site est vaste, historique et dans un écrin de verdure. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu avec un moulin, des arbres fruitiers, un potager et des belles prairies. C’est très apaisant. Le petit-déjeuner continental avec des produits de qualité, bio et locaux. Le restaurant propose une cuisine régionale de qualité et raffinée. Établissement pet-friendly.

Globalement un bon séjour, à part une chambre qui est restée enfermée un peu trop longtemps avant notre arrivée, qui ne sentait vraiment pas bon, et la température pas adaptée

Schöne ruhige Lage, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung des Piemont

Einmalige, spezielle Lage in Weltkulturerbe, schöne geräumige Zimmer, sehr ruhig, freundliches Personal, für Weinliebhaber direkte Nähe zu beeindruckender Weinbank, empfehlenswertes Hotelrestaurant und weiteres gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.
