Great stay
Pros:

Terrible Check-in. They don’t value their customer.
Pros:

We always like to check-in at Hyatt Hotels whenever we travel. However, we had a Terrible experienced checking in at this Hyatt location. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. We arrived at 5pm to check-in knowing that the hotel check-in time is at two pm. We should expect a room available since we have made our reservation two months ago. However, they said there is no room available and we have to wait. They had us wait more than 30min then there’s a guest who came in with 5 family members and they got a room right away. Another guest came in and I observed that the front desk guy Darren was able to gave the man a room right away. Something is not right so my husband stood up from the lobby and asked why they were able to provide a room for the two guests after us and they weren’t able to give us ours? They gave us their reasons and it doesn’t make sense to me. They should gave us our option and let us decide if we would like to take the room or not. But, they just said we have to wait as there is no room available at the time we arrived. These location doesn’t value their customer and very poor customer service. The lady didn’t even apologized when they saw that we were getting upset of the situation, instead she did a head shake.. I will not come back to this hotel anymore and will not recommend this location to anyone. Check first other Hyatt hotel or other hotels around the area who values your time and their customer. First time we had a trouble checking in at Hyatt hotel. I always admire the culture of Hyatt Hotel but this one is different. Think first before making a reservation.

Consistent, reliable, friendly, and accommodating as always.
Pros:

Everything was great, Hyatt Place no matter where we have traveled has been great customer service and tip quality rooms for reasonable prices. We will always try to find a Hyatt first!

Compassionate, helpful experience!
Pros:

Great customer service that showed me compassion for the situation I was in when my flight connection was delayed. Staff was helpful from start to finish, which made my experience a great one! I would stay here again.

Just what I needed!
Pros:

It was quiet and the front desk was super friendly!

Cons:

The room was not very clean. Chips on the floor from a previous guest and oddly dusty. The top comforter was questionable on cleanliness but I just took it off and used my own blanket. The sheets were clean! & the room was bug free. Staff was helpful and even offered breakfast recommendations. The pool was fun addition for our kids to use and it was never busy. I would stay here again.

Pros:

The shower smelled like mildew, when checked in was informed of extra fee’s, breakfast not included, asked for extra blanket and it was yellow with hair on it
