grand and top service
Pros:

Grandest of grand. We had an entire riad. Food was incredible. Service was beyond anything we’ve experienced prior. Stunning space

Visually extravagant, over the top, pretentious and a beautiful Property inside and out
Pros:

We have enjoyed two completely different hotels in Marrakesh, one very shiny and flashy… with masses of posing going on… and another equally special but far more laid-back and unpretentious.

This hotel is completely over the top, I have to give it five stars but I was only overawed by how pretentious it was. It is beautiful throughout, although I didn’t think that much of their top restaurant or of the service in the bars. Even so, which is probably the top hotel in Marrakesh..

Wonderful Experience!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean, but the real magic is the staff. Every person we met went above and beyond what you’d expect, even at a hotel of this caliber. We were lucky enough to have Fathallah as our butler; he is attentive, personable, and worked tirelessly to make our experience memorable. I can’t speak highly enough of him and wish I could give him a 10-star rating!

The Royal Mansour is fit for king and you will feel like you are royalty when you stay here— extraordinary!!
Pros:

Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom riad and everything about the experience far exceeded our expectations. The riad was dreamy with a fountain and rooftop pool and a butler to handle any needs you may have…..from making reservations, transportation and coffee in the morning…. and even a set fire on a chilly night. I have stayed in many beautiful places around the world but I think this was the best and I would recommend you stay long enough so you don’t miss any part! From the wonderful breakfast, to the piano bar cocktails, to the spa, to the pool and even to the artists conservatory. It is perfection!

The best hotel in the world!!
Pros:

Spectacularly beautiful with exceptional service…they make you feel like royalty! Every aspect of the hotel and your stay is so precisely thought out and executed. Every day we returned to our Riad with a new surprise waiting for us. We wouldn’t change a thing and feel so lucky to have stayed at the Royal Mansour.

The Royal Hotel is a royal stay!)
Pros:

We know the hotel is very good, but didn’t expected the transfer from the airport would be soo good ( essential oil for greeting, beautiful big car, fast track).
A surprise for us were tokens for the Yves Saint Laurent garden, which allowed us to skip the line at any time as VIPs.

Best place to stay in Marrakech
Pros:

I recently enjoyed a high tea at the Royal Mansour in Marrakech, and it was a truly lovely experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was warm and attentive. The selection of sweets and savory bites was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially appreciated that the portions were not too large, which made it easy to try a bit of everything without feeling overwhelmed.
Everything I tasted was delicious — beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The only downside for me was the coffee, which I didn’t find very good. Luckily, the rest of the high tea more than made up for it.
Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

One of the best luxury hotels in the world
Pros:

In over 30 years of luxury travel this is arguably the most luxurious Resort and service levels I have ever experienced. Pictures don’t do it justice.
The Riads are impeccably designed and decorated. The staff, including dedicated butler, catered to our every whim. The dining, spa, pool and cooking class facilities were all fantastic. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable Luxury

One of the most sumptuous hotels in the world.
Pros:

Royal Mansour provides the highest standard of luxury in every respect. I had a 3 story Riad with a floor for living, another for sleeping and the rooftop for relaxing. The detailed design and carving on the doors, ceiling and walls was exquisite. The linens were soft and the amenities were high quality. Room service was quick and brought out a huge spread for breakfast. A bottle of champagne, a bowl of delicious oranges and a tray of dried fruit and chocolates was laid out in the living room table as a welcome gift.
My only suggestion is to improve the lighting in the bedroom and inform guests with mobility issues about the numerous stairs.
I will return and if you have a doubt about staying here, I hope my words will inspire you. It is a once in a lifetime hotel experience.

just not 5 stars
Pros:

It's a lovely place but we wish we had stayed at La Mamounia - we stayed at both places in order to make a comparison. Our riad was very nice, no doubt about it, but we grew weary of the two flights of stairs to the bedroom area. Rooftop terrace was on the fourth floor. We had great meals in the french restaurant and room service meal from the moroccan restaurant, however our waiter took a half bottle of champagne with him after delivering the room service meal. Breakfast was great. Hamman bath was fabulous.

Wir wurden beim Check-In nicht wirklich über die Anlage informiert…
Im italienischen Restaurant hat man sich lieber um Stammgäste gekümmert, als um uns. Wenn man uns denn gefragt hätte, ob es geschmeckt hat, hätten wir Feedback geben können, war aber nicht möglich. Neben der fehlenden Aufmerksamkeit war die Qualität des Essens nicht angemessen für den Anspruch und den Preis.
