Unbeatable- we all had a fab time.
Pros:

One of the nest hotels I have been to from the options of things like seating around the bar and breakfast.
The staff was super friendly and so helpful.
I felt very comfortable, so did my dog Kola.

Cons:

My daughter would have liked pancakes.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Really great. I woke early, approximately 5am and to not wake my family I went down to the lobby to work. The young man at the front desk gave me a takeaway cup to have a coffee while the kitchen were preparing breakfast. It was exactly what I needed. I reported later that morning, approximately 7am that a dead pigeon was on the path tucked around by the carpark and they dealt with it immediately.

Cons:

The room bathroom is a little cramped and not a lot of space to put personal items.

A Nice Stay
Pros:

The entire facility was clean. From the front desk to the restaurant, the employees were very warm and welcoming.

Cons:

Signage. It was hard to find. The hotel name on the outside of the building didn’t match Winchester Hotel.

Pros:

Nice and accessible to the facilities I wanted! Staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom was nice too

Hotel is very good however let down by the restaurant
Pros:

On check in the staff were very polite. The room was fantastic and very quiet. Bar area was spacious with the good selection of drinks. The hotel was clean and well presented.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was disappointing, the evening meal was not the standard we expected. Breakfast on the first morning was good although the layout of the restaurant resulted in it being very noisy. Second morning breakfast was very disappointing. Ordered off the a la carte menu, poached smoked haddock with poached eggs. The fish was disgusting cold all the way through and raw in the middle. One of the two coffee machines was not working correctly, which I brought to the attention of a staff member, who then tried to explain the difference between coffee options in a condescending manner.

The location was slightly further away from the town/high street. You need your own car/book a taxi to get to/from the hotel and the town centre.

Not staying again
Pros:

The room was not what I expected. I liked the gym. I complained and they blamed booking.com

Cons:

The carpet was wet, bathroom dirty, room had a smell to it, air con unit not fitted correctly to wall.
