Spacious and modern room.
Location and Transportation.
The decor was bright and modern
Dinner was not brilliant - food bought in and served up - Crostinis were stale-
Breakfast was adequate but not very hot- the hash browns were overcooked dry
Very clean hotel, good vibe and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms all with tea and coffee, shampoo and conditioners. Restaurant on site offering a good selection of food. Great little spa on site, we stayed on a Sunday evening and used it on the Monday morning so was available for us to book - however no treatments available as all booked in advance as open to locals also - so if you want a treatment book before you go .
Great blackout blinds in the bedroom, unfortunately in 2 of the 3 rooms we stayed in we couldn’t close them properly and the light just outside the window was shinning in 🥴. Also you do have to pay £10 for parking because we booked through a 3rd party - which is ridiculous as the car park is way out of town, huge and virtually empty - so just a money making exercise as you need transport to even get there !!!
Good breakfast
Lack of cupboard space and drawers. Bathroom very small and poor shower. Air conditioning not very effective. Lack of fresh air as not able to open windows.
Clean, modern
Nothing
Clean basic room. Great bed
Breakfast buffet stone cold. Toaster was hopeless - had to put the bread through 3 times
The breakfast area was very busy and a bit chaotic - the tables weren’t cleared very quickly and it did look as though there was a staff shortage.
The rush and chai’s in the breakfast area
Spa!
Nothing.
Big clean room. Spacious. Nice view of the car park and surroundings. Quiet. Felt safe. Helpful staff.
The bedroom windows didn’t open. Air conditioning was therefore needed. That was bad for the environment and expensive to run.
The Greek salad main course had a minuscule amount of cheese in. It was just vegetables and people would feel hungry again after eating it.
The car park was expensive.
The spa fee was extra.
As usual everything is spot on. No complaints. Staff know what they are doing and make it a good stay - this place has consistency.
everything is TOP notch
A lovely hotel generally quiet but unfortunately on this Occasion we had 2 coach loads the restaurant was closed
to cater for them . The bar was open with food being served unfortunately due to the extreme noise coming from the restaurant it was uncomfortable so we had no option but to go back to our room. When booking this stay we weren’t informed however we received a email that morning stating the restaurant was busy with the possibility of booking on arrival that was never the case .
I did complain and the duty manager done his best unfortunately the noise was unbearable clearly that income came before other guests.
We go away for relax and enjoy peace and quiet but this certainly wasn’t the case .
Nice rooms comfortable and clean
Pricing on their own website was misleading because it didn’t include taxes etc hence using booking.com as clear pricing
