I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff and personnel of the Kempinski. I have lived at the Kempinski for over four years, and the management has done an excellent job in selecting the right people for their team. I am always greeted with a warm smile that makes me feel right at home.
Recently, I had a serious accident at work and underwent surgery for a ruptured patella. After my surgery, the staff sent me a thoughtful “get well” fruit basket and note. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant the world to me.
I am especially grateful to my housekeepers, the IT team, front desk staff, valet parking attendants, and bellmen. I have never experienced hospitality quite like what I receive here at the Kempinski.
I want to extend special thanks to Michael, my former housekeeper, who did an outstanding job and whose recent promotion I am thrilled about. My current housekeepers, Ariful and Suhaira, know exactly what I need and are both incredibly kind and professional. I would also like to thank Sarah, the housekeeping manager, who always ensures that everything is taken care of.
To IT specialist Mohammad Suleman, thank you for always being so responsive—whenever I have any technical issues, you are there within minutes.
Finally, I would like to express my utmost respect and appreciation to the following people: Ms. Chau, Krishna, Nizam, Niranjan, Prakash, Nihel, Ouiam, Siham, Khendy, Maneesh, and Marwane. They are all exceptionally professional and consistently go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure that my experience here is the best it can be.

Kempinski West Bay is the best choice! I live here for 1 and a half years and I can't live anywhere else after experiencing this hotel.
The facilities are amazing, the staff are unbelievably polite, specially Rajim (housekeeping's supervisor) and all his team!

Everything was good, except we found hair on our fruit salad, we called the kitchen and they did replace the fruit, but no follow up no apology. We found that odd.
I would like to take a moment to thank mr.Nizam from the Front Office team. The employee of Kempinski proves to respect the motto "serving the extra mile and serving the impossible". The never say NO attitude and caring is what makes the repeat business. It is my mother's birthday and he made the effort to blow up my birthday silver baloon with the tools they have.
I am truly touched with his gesture and the perfect coordination internally to deliver that baloon along with the Kempinski cake from management. Thank you all for this lovely gesture during my mother's visit.
Absolutely the best. Highly recommend. After 4 years living at the Kempinski, I just completed my move out check with Rajin from housekeeping who is one of the many outstanding staff here. We had a consistent 5 star experience. I can’t say enough about this well managed hotel and the quality of the staff, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, facilities, amenities, location, apartments, rooms and views. We were never disappointed but often surprised by the exceptional professional service and experience living at the Kempinski Residences & Suites. My wife and I are very sad to be leaving our “home” at the Kempinski. We would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff and management who made our life and experience in Qatar so wonderful.

A good hotel where the staff make it special. Its aging well, but not as large common areas as other similar hotels. Rooftop restaurant was good and good high quality.
Rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Front Office, Security, Cleaning and Concierge staff all deserve a mention for going beyond the call of duty and being helpful and kind. I cant remember all the names but Manish, Chau, Nilanjan and Krishna were most kind.
Gym staff, Claire, Shiva, Francis and Ibrahim are especially excellent and a credit to the Hotel.
I guess some of the credit goes to the management for employing and training all the staff. But all the staff made my room, home from home. I was there 8 months! What more can I say? All my friends and family who visited me were very complimentary.

The parking is a bit crowded during seasons and holidays.
We have been living at this property since 2017, and it truly feels like home thanks to the incredible people who run it.
A special mention to the General Manager, Eyad, who is extremely hands-on and has always been there for us, no matter the situation. His approach and accessibility make a real difference.
What really stands out is the team across all levels. The housekeeping team, led by Kapil, is consistently reliable and attentive. The engineering and maintenance teams, especially Amir and his team, are always prompt and efficient whenever anything needs attention.
The front office staff (Maneesh, Chau, Nihel) and bell staff—Krishna, Prakash, Niranjan, and Nizam—are always courteous, helpful, and welcoming, making everyday interactions pleasant. Needless to say I’d have missed out on some of the names, but what matters is the folks here —from leadership to junior staff and those working behind the scenes—who make this place special and ensure a comfortable and well-managed living experience.
