Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Kempinski Residences & Suites, West Bay Doha. The overall environment was excellent—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the help desk team and all the personnel who were always professional, friendly, and eager to assist. Their dedication and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.

A special thank you goes to Mr. Francis at the Kempinski Spa and Pool. He has been teaching swimming to my son, and his patience, professionalism, and positive attitude have made a remarkable difference. He is an excellent instructor who creates a safe, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment for children. My son always looks forward to his swimming lessons with him.

Thank you to the entire Kempinski team for making our experience so memorable. We highly recommend Kempinski West Bay Doha and look forward to returning in the future.

شقة من اربع غرف واسعه جدا وسعر ممتاز وموقع وفيو وطاقم لطيف ، شكر خاص جدا جدا للاستاذه هيام للطافتها وسعرت التشيك ان والتشيك اوت ، الافطار يصلك الى الشقه ، المطبخ متكامل من الى . وجود مول قريب جدا وسوبرماركت والشاطى ليس ببعيد

Being Kempinski was the best experience for us.My family enjoyed being here The playroom attendants Sheila and Jamie are the best.They are so professional and respectful they would always play and interact with the kids in a homely way.The best day was during the birthday party for our son.They were there to offer the assistance and games for the kids.Playroom is the best place to be.

Kenneth makes you feel like you belong.
Pros:

The Kempinski is a great place to stay. What makes it an amazing experience is the front desk staff, Kenneth especially. His greetings always make you feel welcome and he remembers your name. He literally makes you feel like you matter, not just as a guest, but a friend. Top notch customer service 2nd to none.
