Pros:

Everything was good, except we found hair on our fruit salad, we called the kitchen and they did replace the fruit, but no follow up no apology. We found that odd.

A place made special by its people, year after year
Pros:

We have been living at this property since 2017, and it truly feels like home thanks to the incredible people who run it.

A special mention to the General Manager, Eyad, who is extremely hands-on and has always been there for us, no matter the situation. His approach and accessibility make a real difference.

What really stands out is the team across all levels. The housekeeping team, led by Kapil, is consistently reliable and attentive. The engineering and maintenance teams, especially Amir and his team, are always prompt and efficient whenever anything needs attention.

The front office staff (Maneesh, Chau, Nihel) and bell staff—Krishna, Prakash, Niranjan, and Nizam—are always courteous, helpful, and welcoming, making everyday interactions pleasant. Needless to say I’d have missed out on some of the names, but what matters is the folks here —from leadership to junior staff and those working behind the scenes—who make this place special and ensure a comfortable and well-managed living experience.

Good location but old
Pros:

Very old hotel. Needs badly renovation. Location is good but other then this not worth kempinsky. Kot luxury at all.

Swimming Lessons
Pros:

Our son has taken multiple swimming lessons with Francis. The instruction has been excellent and is good value. Francis is positive, engaging and knowledgeable. It is always a wonderful experience.
