Pros:

W hotelu spodziewamy się fachowego podejścia do klienta , dobrego jedzenia , czystości i to wszystko było , bardzo miło było przebywać w tym hotelu . Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu gdzie było blisko do skorzystania z komunikacji miejskiej lub dostępu do słynnej ulicy pełnej komercji i lokali gastronomicznych jeszcze bardziej podnosi rangę tego hotelu . Ogólnie stwierdzam , że bardzo dobrze wybrałem ten hotel aby bez problemów spędzić miło czas w Berlinie co napewno przyczyniło się do tego , że Berlin bardzo mi się spodobał . Gratulacje dla załogi hotelu proszę przekazać jej moją opinię , pozdrawiam .

Lovely central hotel, comfy bed, tasty breakfast
Pros:

Modern hotel, very close to two train stations and only a few stops to Pottsdam Platz. A Lidl near by was helpful, we were there in a heatwave so lots of water needed! Our room was really lovely, spotlessly clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast selection. The staff were lovely to deal with.

Cons:

Nothing, we enjoyed every second of our stay.

Parkeringskælderen.

Cons:

Kaffemaskinen på værelse 254 virkede ikke, viser tydeligt at hotellet ikke selv tester tingene på værelset.
Der var ingen info på værelset, om diverse ting hotellet kunne tilbyde.
Der blev holdet fest på værelset ved siden af os til ud på natten, mega irriterende !

Fijne plek, mooie locatie

Cons:

House keeping kan beter. Schoonmaken van kamer niet goed. Vonden veel haren van vorige gasten en deze lagen na een week verblijf nog steeds op de vloer

- sehr gute Schallisolation
- Fenster lassen sich ganz öffnen
- Reichhaltiges Frühstück
- Bequeme Betten
- WC und Dusche separat
- kaputter Duschschlauch wurde sofort ersetzt
- Reinigung nur alle 2 Tage

- fremde Haare auf dem Bett
- Klimaanlage kaputt (nicht gemeldet)
- Schloss von WC kaputt (nicht gemeldet)
- Reinigung liess jeweils alle Lichter und kaputte Klima den ganzen Tag an bis wir zurück waren
- wenige 4+ Tische

Pros:

Stort udvalg i morgenmad.

Cons:

Vi fandt en dynge af nullermænd idet sengene, da vi skilte dem fra hinanden. En hovedrengøring om måneden kunne gøre meget.
Morgenbrødet var lidt ensformigt. Og så var der uhyggeligt varmt i morgenmadsrestauranten.
Der bør være lidt kontrol på gæsternes parkeringer i P-kælderen. Flere pladser kunne ikke anvendes pga. uhensigtsmæssige parkeringer.
