Clean rooms, friendly staff.

All very good, clean and fast. Some light bulbs were broken but got replaced immediately.
Area is fantastic - a lot of shops, restaurants and bars.
I did run the Berlin Marathon on a Sunday and the hotel provided the option to take a shower in the afternoon in a separate room after check-out. Very good service!

The location is great and the room was pretty spacious. Could use some fresh paint in the room. Overall great value for the price.

The rooms are keeping program 26 Celsius , you can’t able to change it . so in summer are hot the rooms so you have to open your windows to cool down the room and hear all the noise from outside! Is this a Europe things about hotels?

Titanic Hotel is my second home, courteous staff, safe and clean, excellent food choices, everything works better than I had expected, the staff is always on to help and direct travelers to locations or help with choices. The front desk is fast at answering the phone if you need anything.
I love TITANIC Hotel if they had a pool and a gym it would be my 7 star hotel.

Been staying a few times at Titanic, it is my favorite hotel chain in Europe and Türkiye

Not my first time here but the overall experience is amazing
The hotel is close to everything and has very good connections to the city center

Great Hotel. Super comfortable bed. So close to transportation and shopping. Will stay there again.

It was a stay in Berlin of our family trip. The room is spacious and the decoration is modern and quaint.
Good point is the space

Points to pay attention is you need to have a coin from the front to enter the parking. It is understandable for safety.

Air conditioning is quite strong as it is daikin.

The hotel also has quite digital system you can check in on your phone.

Bath and toilet is a bit stuck. Guess it is because the place is old?

Pretty good property for the price. The shower was a bit strange

I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the hotel and staff. They were always trying to accommodate you-for example, I booked two reservations and they managed to put it into one for my convenience. It’s not the most walkable place, however it is close to other areas such as the zoo and central Berlin. Another thing is that they had a fridge which is a rare commodity in hotel rooms. If they had coffee included and the rooms were slightly more polished-there was noticeable staining around the ventilator, I would give this place 5 stars.

Highly recommend this hotel, the breakfast was fantastic. Staff extremely helpful and very reasonably priced.

Disadvantages

These cons needed to be considered before the check in.

1) Bed

- We reserved a room for 3 people.
- I was very disappointed at the time we arrived to check-in, the lady mentioned she is arranging the room to receive 3 people.
- At the time we arrived to the room, there was only a king size bed.
- I called the desk and they answered they will have a new bed within minutes.
- After some minutes, a person arrived and installed this bed and it felt like a sort of cot, a very hard mattress.
- My parents sleep on the king size and I did on the hard mattress, see picture for more reference.
- Please consider this before booking 3 people within a room.

2) Clean is ok. There was only one toilet paper on the room and no shampoo at the bathroom shower at the time we arrived to the bedroom. I had to call them for more, so I had to get down to pick them up at the reception) - issue solved during the visit.

3) there was only 2 body towels for 3 people. At the time they cleaned the bedroom on the second they, they noticed this and added on more towel. - issue solve in during the visit.


Pros.
1) Space is good.
2) Breakfast is good.
3) Hot water is good.
4) Elevator is good and fast.
5) If you need a taxi to the airport, they just push a button on the desk and the taxi is within 3 minutes for you. we took it at around 5 a.m. and it was really fast.

I hope this review is taken by the hotel as a constructive review for them and put action to solve for the future.

Very nice hotel, very good breakfast and great staff

Close to clothing stores and the zoo. It seems to be aimed at business travel and in that regard it serves its purpose. I would stay there again.

Very good hotel for our needs. Helpful friendly staff, comfortable beds with plenty of storage and amenities. A couple of rough edges here and there and more tea options would have been welcome but aside from that, very good and can’t complain. Great location too and would recommend.
