The location was good and the bed was comfortable.
I booked and paid for a suite, I received a regular room. Hotel couldn’t refund difference bc it came through booking.com
Also!! Booking.com has no way to really “reserve” or guarantee the type of room you select!!
The pool was unusable and one of the main reasons I booked at a hotel. For my kids to use the pool, it was the kind of thing UTI’s come from and I wouldn’t stick my toe in it. The bathroom has obvious water damage and black mold on the toilet. You can tell they only sweep and that floor probably hasn’t seen a mop since 1992.
It was clean and looks cation close to everything !

It seemed nasty and dirty. Night stand was falling off the wall. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pool was disgusting. Elevators was on their last leg and very scary. They were even out of order for a time. It seemed like there was very little effort put into the breakfast. Staff was nice but always outside smoking or vaping.
Large well equipped and comfortable room, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Everything you need for a night stop (or more).
The communication was poor. We were given a different room from the booking, it was fine but the receptionist didn't mention the change on check-in. They took a holding charge on my card and then the actual amount so it looked like I'd been double charged, again no notification of what was going on. I think the reception staff need better training!
There was nothing that I liked
One of the elevator was not working: the bathroom door drugged to the floor which made noise; we checked out after one night but the hotel charged us for 3 night, that needs to be fixed ASAP. The staff was hardly at the desk, had to wait for them to come to the desk.
