Cons:

Absence totale de connection durant tout mon Sejour et il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la suite. Le matelas n'etait pas très confortable non plus.

Pros:

The bakery chef and all the staff members were absolutely a delight. The staff members from Mr. Micheal to Mr. Patrick to Ms. Blessing, they made my one month day feel like a home away from home. The cleaning staff, the young ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant to the incredible bakery chef ABOJE, the best meat pie I’ve ever tasted and the chef from the main kitchen. The whole experience was incredible. I’ll definitely return

OK (ish)Hotel, but terrible connectivity
Pros:

5th time staying here. It's a clean enough place with a big store nearby. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The lady manning the car hire service desk (name withheld) is super friendly and helpful.
Staff all in all are generally helpful.

Cons:

İnternet is terrible, the slowest I have seen of any hotel in Abuja.
Parking can be difficult sometimes, especially during the day or when they are hosting an event, which they seem to prioritise day visitors rather than hotel guests.
Rooms sometimes have a remote control (for an AC or TV) missing and lighting is terrible.

Average place to sleep and wake up ..that's all
Pros:

Staff were great and always willing to help . The location was easily accessible and close to a few shopping places (big shopping mall - Sa'ad Stores is 3 minutes walk)

Cons:

This is my 4th stay here in 2 years and the Internet was terrible and so bad I couldn't have any video calls, it is shocking any business person even attempts to stay here - ran multiple speed tests at various times and the maximum speed I ever got was 1.4MBps - I strongly suggest getting a WiFi dongle if you actually want to have business meetings/calls at this place. All the IT Staff (Zubairu,Steven, Isaac) were helpful in trying to resolve connectivity issues, although ultimately pointless as the speed wasn't up to scratch.
The maintenance of the room facilities is very poor for a Wyndham property, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible and poor.
For a supposedly business friendly hotel, a swimming pool that closes by 6pm is not useful for visitors that are actually back from their offices and meetings at 6pm, which means it is underutilised

Feedback on my one night stay.
Pros:

I like the fact that it has a sitting room for relaxation and guest. I understand that thw hotel has been around for a while, the management has done well with maintenance but there is need for improvement considering the trends and market competition.

Cons:

The AC in the sitting room wasn't working well. I would have love if the bathing section had a closet. The wardrobe closet would have been proper if it was attached the room and not to the toilet. The bed should have been a 6by6 not 4by6.. The towel in the toilet is old and partly torn.
