Love spring weekend.
Pros:

Love the location. Love the hiking opportunities outside your door. Love that then lodge is tucked away from the rest. And amazing spring waterfalls!

Cons:

We had one plugged toilet but someone was quick to come from maintenance.

Silenzioso , bel panorama.

Pros:

Just very cozy and clean. Great service from the lodge to the main building . Drivers were so nice! All staff as well. Just a nice peaceful getaway

Cons:

Board games in the lobby are all broken or used up. Missing pieces. I think a new collection would be nice and maybe more sign about fire pit outside and provide marshmallows and chocolate etc for amores etc to buy.

Pros:

Loved the rustic feel and cozy beds

Cons:

We were told we would be placed on first floor of overlook lodge but when we checked in it turned out that wasn't the case. We needed the first floor especially with the baby and my husband has difficulties with stairs. We were then told someone would help us with our bags. We proceeded to wait in front of the building for 45 mins with no one in sight to help. We had to take turns unloading the car and bringing our bags upstairs while also taking turns with the baby. If this did not happen I believe my experience would have been a higher level.

Pros:

Location is beautiful, nice and quiet. Natural surroundings. Close to shopping and West point.

Cons:

Quiet broken by other guest with dog. Dog whined and barked for over an hour and half. Called desk and they said the guest was not in room. The dog was left in attended which is supposedly against pet policy.

Better go in summer. It’s amazing place only in summer!!!!

Amazing location, beautiful view and comfortable bed

Cons:

There’s no hit in the room only fire place in the middle of the hall. There’s extremely cold at night and AC is on under your head in WINTER!!!!!! Delivery service is bad. We ordered cheese platter and bottle of champagne around 4:20 pm after my call they delivered only almost at 10 pm we already didn’t want to eat or drink shaking from cold trying to sleep!
