This is a very beautiful and traditional property. It is very quiet and the pool rooftop has an amazing view. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Centrally located to walk anywhere and conveniently close to all restaurants available
The pool needed cleaning and water top up. Place is very dated. Repairs need to be done. The one really big issue....charged $36 resort fee. When we book with you you say all fees are paid.
The hotel is pretty nice, the things i didn't like was that the mini fridge didn't work, the blow dryer didn't work either and that it didn't have a safe box. Other than that a nice quiet place to relax.
Beautiful property and very clean and hospitable friendly staff. Great location and plenty of food options. Would definitely return again.
Our second time staying there and love that it’s central to everything. The staff was great and helpful and would stay there again.
Excellent and peaceful place.
Incredible property, really beautiful. This was my second stay - after my first time there I had to come back so I could bring my fiancé to see it. Rooftop restaurant and pool is great, staff were super helpful, room is beautiful.
Beautiful building. Best location in Loreto

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful little boutique hotel. Very nicely appointed rooms with beautiful Mexican architecture and furnishings. The staff was very nice, friendly, and very helpful. We felt very safe in the area. The hotel is located right on the square with many restaurants and bars with live music in close proximity. Our package included continental breakfast which consisted of a bowl of fresh fruit, coffee, a small serving of yogurt and a small serving of granola which was plenty for us. A couple of days we opted to upgrade to chilaquiles which were delicious and the upcharge was only $10 AND we still got our continental breakfast! Loved this place and highly recommend!
My favorite place to stay in Loreto. Beautiful rooms, great staff and the best view! Thanks for a lovely stay! Order the mango margarita from the roofstop bar while enjoying the pool! You won't be disappointed.
Friendly staff, great location, beautiful building
Overpriced, not worth the money, noise all day long from hotel hydro water supplier apparently, lots and lots of mosquitos that won't let you sleep, worse toilet ever it's square and so uncomfortable, no hot water, took more than 20 mins to get a little warm, furniture is falling down, mini fridge so noisy, worse bed ever, it's just two old matresses piled up, floor is swept daily but is dirty, window curtains are nasty, We are never comig back, won't recommend it, do yourself a favor and skip it, there's plenty of way much better options around, total dissapointment
Beautiful and charming hotel. The tranquil lobby was relaxing and calming to just sit and enjoy. Room overlooked plaza. Hot water and rain shower head excellent. Roof top bar and dinner. Five minute walk to Malecon. Shopping, restaurants, and specialty coffee within the plaza. 12-15 minute walk to marina to catch the boat to Isla Coronado.
Property is very clean all around , close to the malecón but the pool was murky yellow and dead bugs floating in it. Beautiful colonial architecture through the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location. The architecture and art are eccentric and bold. The staff were friendly, and upgraded the room without explanation, perhaps due to a strong musty odor, which was also true of our upgraded room. The rooftop pool appeared to be half full, so perhaps there was a water leak going on? Hot water was slow to arrive, and at times did not arrive at all, especially concerning in drought like conditions. Central location is great, although be aware that Loreto is busy and noisy at night, at least on the weekend we were there.
This historic hotel has Mexican architectural charm, is filled with antiques and paintings, and has the feel of a Mexican hacienda. The location on the Loreto square is ideal for the tourist.
We've stayed once before. There's nothing to dislike.
Really a mixed experience. At $265/night (when it was about 90% empty) it was not a bargain. But it is authentic, not at all touristy or resorty, and charming, on the city square, clean, quiet, very Spanish/Mexican in its pretty decor and rooms. Included breakfast was quite nice as was dinner the previous evening. Most staff speak no English. Rooms have no numbers! Heavily timbered beautiful architecture on this historical building. Taxi stand 1/2 block away. Beach 4-5 blocks away.
