National 9 - Nephi 9 Inn

Have stayed at this property for years. The Motel appears to be under new management and is in a serious state of neglect. Breakfast was inedible. Cancelled in the middle of my stay and it took months to get refund. Will not return.

Death hazard: multiple stairs steps missing and no warning or caution. Swimming pool dry and contains tumble weed and empty bottles. Hot tub doesn’t have water.

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Ice machine works great.

Good pressure on water bed wasn’t to bad

Staff was very nice. Room clean, but the bed was very soft, like a hammock. The floor around the bed squeaked so badly. I would hate to be the person in the room underneath.

No lock on the window on first floor. Very nice staff placed a metal rod in track for me when i requested. Pool and spa no water with weeds and dirty looking.

We have stayed here a few times and have found it clean and quiet each visit!

Wasnt the most up to date motel but the water pressure was amazing for a much needed ahower. Had no complaints.

Loud group of men talking & drinking outside our room for hours. Our room did not have a working shower, or phone, or clock. We should get a partial refund. Stay was on 9/7/25.

Noisy but to be expected that close to the freeway.

The bed was way too soft.

Other than an issue with the bathtub and no hot water the stay was great. The staff was lovely. Check in and out was simple and the breakfast was great to get and go.

Very dirty and staff unfriendly. Facilities were old and run down.

Easy access to freeway and several restaurants nearby. Low cost.

The place was okay. The woman at the desk was friendly. Got to my room and it was fine for me, as I was traveling alone this trip and just needed a clean room. There's a subway and a burger king and another restaurant within walking distance. Sorta seems like they're just keeping their heads above water. The spa and pool are empty and full of trash. One set of outdoor stairs to the second floor had broken/missing steps. There was old caution tape around it. My room had a piece of tile missing in the bathroom (room 5, near bottom of tub) so there was exposed framing. Other than that, it didn't bother me too much as I didn't need much. I didn't try the breakfast as I woke up early and left before it opened.

Great place to stay when you’re on the road and just want to rest for a night or two.

It was clean. The mattress was soft and weak.

Fresh and clean bed, comfy mattress, hot water bath, nice desk. Was very impressed. Had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast provided is more than adequate!! Someone is paying attention to details. I will certainly stay here again!!!

Good location for us. Quiet as guest count was low. Hot water wasn’t hotter than warm. Tub was missing safety surface in the bottom. Everything was clean inside.

Pool & spa not working, broken down facility, needs lots of repairs in rooms. 3 ice makers, only 1 working. Continental bkfst, Cheerios, Fruit loops, waffles, bananas & coffee...very minimal. Would not stay there again...Maid was very friendly and helpful.
