Pros:

nix ich habe am 20 uhr versuche zu schlafen 😴.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es die ganze Nacht über mehrere Mücken und 21Uhr und 5 Uhr Morgens bellen ständig mehrere Hunde,das war für mich nicht angenehm

Für Handwerker und andere Monteure ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Regensburg ist schön das war der Grund unserer kurzen Reise!

Cons:

Frühstück, wer nicht kommt zur rechten Zeit der muss sehen was übrig bleibt!!! Überwiegend Handwerker und Monteure die 6.oo Uhr ihr Frühstück einnehmen um pünktlich auf Arbeit zu erscheinen, 5 Uhr morgens war für uns die Nacht zu Ende durch ständiges Gepolter das Gebäude ist sehr hell hörig!!! Das kleine Bad ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig Duschkabine schwer schliessbar Heizkörper rostet so vor sich hin fussbodenfliessen im Badeingang klappern und sind teilweise lose.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, mit Blick in den Garten und geräumiges Zimmer..... perfekt. Getränkeautomat für einen Schlummertrunk. Nicht zu vergessen gutes Frühstück, sowie die nette und zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption, die uns auch beim Frühstück umsorgt hat. Alles bestens.
