Sehr zentrale Lage

Cons:

Unsere Freunde hatten alle direkt im Hotel gebucht und schöne Zimmer bekommen. Unser Zimmer über Booking.com war das kleinste und direkt über der Eingangstür vom Hotel, eine Schiebetür. Wir haben jedes öffnen der Tür wie ein lautes Rollen gehört, als ob jemand einen Stuhl hin und her schiebt. Dummerweise war auch noch die Raucherinsel neben der Eingangstür, also ein ständiges auf und zu der Tür, von ca 06:00 morgens bis 01:00 Uhr nachts :o(

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, Essen und Trinken im All inklusive waren angemessen und lecker. Personal freundlich. Gute regionale Anbieter werden unterstützt und sind authentisch.Skiraum für Ausrüstung vorhanden.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer unter dem Dach war sehr dunkel und spartanisch eingerichtet, Zustellbett war bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden, Parkplatz war der Zentralparkplatz am Ort ca 500m entfernt. Die Verbindung zu den anderen Hoteleinrichtungen war nicht wirklich gegeben, bei uns fehlte demnach eine Bar, Rezeption oder Ähnliches.Keine Hinweise auf übergreifendes Programm. Beim Frühstück war bereits der Fernseher an und unser Tisch direkt unter diesem. Man fühlte sich durchaus beobachtet. Vom Programm mal abgesehen... Wir schieben das mal auf eine hohe Auslastung während der Ferien...

Das Hotel punktet mit Personal und Verpflegung!
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und umsichtig; insbesondere die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Verpflegung ließ keine Wünsche offen, vor allem auch hinsichtlich des Abendessens. Das Konzept der festen Tische ist wirklich angenehm! Die aufmerksamen Küchenchefs hatten nicht nur das Buffet zuverlässig im Blick, sondern auch die Gäste! Hier fühlt man sich wohl und gesehen!
