Das man Massagen nur an der Rezeption buchen kann und deshalb bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht die Möglichkeit hat solche in Anspruch zu nehmen da alles ausgebucht ist. Es gab für einen Wellnessbereich nur eine sauna und dampfbad. Keinen pool oder ähnliches.

Preis Leistung sind insgesamt in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten mal wieder aufgefrischt werden. Aber sonst ein schönes Hotel

Wir waren in einer "Besenkammer" untergebracht!
Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem die Jüngeren - meist asiatisch - sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer - Mansarde - Doppelbett an der Wand!
Beim Abendbuffet jeden Tag Themenabend - KEIN EINZIGER TAG MIT SÄCHSISCHER KÜCHE!!!!
Das Auto muss ca. 800 m bis 1 km entfernt geparkt werden - an einer Straße, die steil nach oben zum Hotel zurück führt - für Ältere oder "geheingeschränkte" kaum bewältigbar!

Pros:

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge. Verpflegung war sehr gut, man hat immer was gefunden was einem zusagte, es wird auf regionale Produkte gesetzt. Das es kostenfreies Billiard und Spiele gab ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Bis zum Zimmer unter dem Dach waren es leider viele Treppen, außerdem war das Zimmer Recht dunkel. Die Dartscheiben müssten definitiv mal ausgetauscht werden.

Super Ausgangslage für Motorradtouren im Erzgebirge
Pros:

Alles was zu wünschen war zum Frühstück. Mittags keine Aussage, da untwerwegs. Abends jedes mal Themenessen. Für jeden was dabei. Vom Asiatischen über Italienisch und .... (ist über HP zu ersehen)
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für uns, hier Motorradtouren. Es ging in Richtung Sächsische Schweiz, Elbstandsteingebirger. Immer wechselnd im Staatsgebiet CZ und Sachsen.
Das All inclusive war top und ist seinen Preis wert.

Cons:

Zum Aufenthalt bei schönem Wetter war eine Sitzgruppe für draußen auf dem vor dem Hotel liegenden Marktplatz aufgestellt. Hier konnte man die Getränke konsumieren und auch rauchen.

Dass Hotel Konzept, mit mehreren Hotels wovon überall die Einrichtung genutzt werden darf. Das All Inclusive Angebot und das sehr freundliche Personal.

Waren positiv überrascht!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, besser wie im Hilton wo ich erst kürzlich in Dresden war. Abendessen war absolut Spitze. Die Getränke Auswahl war sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab von meiner Seite aus nichts zu bemängeln.
