Great for families with little kids. Comfortable beds.
Pros:

The amenities for little kids was perfect for my 4yo.

Cons:

We had big luggages and our room was on the second floor and didn't have lifts.

Lovely relaxing resort with everything well thought out to look after the guests.
Pros:

Lovely apartment, clean with very comfortable bed, air conditioner and fans, full facilities. Loved the pools, for families it would keep children very entertained. Lovely warm spa as well. Had a relaxing lunch while waiting to check in. Everyone very friendly including staff and contractors. Good car parking facility.

Cons:

Steps up to the apartment bit hard to manage if elderly. Next time would ask for ground floor.

Great place to stay in Noosa.
Pros:

The pool was great. Plenty of good choices in the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service and food delivered were good. Loved having the lift especially to take shopping up and cases up to the second floor.

Cons:

The spa on the roof was good but we didn’t like the spiral stair case access to it. Our mum couldn’t use it and even for us we found it rather precarious especially after rain so we did not use it as much as we would have liked. Beds a little firm.

Great swimming based resort for families with children
Pros:

Great resort for families with children, easy going, friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle bus is good but essential to get out of resort into surrounding area.

Cons:

A bit remote. Conferences can take over parts of the resort pushing out ‘ordinary guests’ from lounge/dining areas.

Pros:

The facilities were family friendly, the pool area is well designed and the pool attendants super friendly.
The shuttle was always on time and great to get to town.

Cons:

We wanted to add breakfast for the last day we stayed and were told that because we booked on booking.com we were unable to add breakfast for just one day, if we wanted to add it on we had to pay for three days, even though two of those days had passed. We were told if we had booked direct then we could have added just the one day.

Cons:

When I checked in, the front desk wrote down the wrong room number. I took my luggage to that room, tried the key, and it didn’t work. Another guest — who was asleep — opened the door, which made things awkward. That’s when we realised the room number I’d been given was incorrect. I then had to go back, re‑park, and head to the correct room, which was an inconvenience.

Parking at check in, could be managed better, guests taking up spots for a long time while trying to get to check in.

Everything, such a great place for families. To keep twin 3.5 year olds busy the whole time so mum and dad could enjoy themselves is pretty amazing!

Relaxing, welcoming staff and great amenities
Pros:

Modern and clean apartment was well equipped. The buffet breakfast was delicious and great variety. My daughter has allergies and the staff were very happy to accommodate which made the stay less stressful. Spa one was awesome, professional and accommodating.

Cons:

It was great there was a games room but I felt it could be bigger and perhaps updated.
