Would definitely stay again the entertainment, facilities and staff were amazing but I would check about rooms
Pros:

The facilities were absolutely fantastic and the staff were incredible

Cons:

Our room was in need of an upgrade, didn’t feel overly clean. Sheets ect were clean but the actual room needed updated and the bathroom felt dirty. It would be a 3 star level room I felt.

Cons:

Rooms. We had ants everywhere in the apartment when we arrived. Was far smaller than I was expecting for the price we paid. We had a portacot provided for my daughter which was as hard as a rock and actually gave her bruising all over back and a lot of restless nights so she ended up in bed with us. I asked reception for a second mattress to help, and the simply said no.

Kids and parents' haven going strong
Pros:

We have been coming for 5+yrs, facilities are maintained well, glad the splashpark things have been fixed since we were last there, and the games room has since some exchanges. The staff are exceptional dealing with kids, whether they are little babies or moody tweens!

Cons:

Rooms are getting a little tired but the beds are still super comfy, sofa bed is fine for kids but a bit uncomfy for adult. Surprisingly the suite we had this time didn't have a washing machine but we managed anyways
