Lovely facilities and so close by
Room wasn’t serviced during stay which was disappointing, also had ants and a fire alarm go off multiple times. Baby gates could have been included in room given there was stairs
Magnificent resort with wonderful staff.
Room, pool area, food and shuttle bus service all beyond expectations.
The staff were fantastic and helpful food and bar was great, pool area was lovely next time will stay 1 week 2 nights was to short. Highly recommend.
It was to noisy as we were near the main street i purchased some earplugs that did the trick. Otherwise that we had a fantastic time.
The three guys in the pool who looked after the kids were fantastic being Wayne, Dallas and Ciro. These guys went above and beyond and really made the effort to make us feel welcome.
Going home!
Layout
Too far away from Town for a walker
It was truly great experience.
We lost the key card and the guy just gave us new one - no stress.
I loved the warm pool and jacuzzi. After 4th May there were not so much people that was really nice.
SPF and water near the pool are also amazing idea!
Thank you.
The additional blanket with beige color smells terrible, I assume it has not been washed (the main room).

This was a double celebration for my birthday and wedding anniversary with family members joining us too. We only really had interaction with the reception staff who were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were a good size for a couple, a little tired, particularly the bathrooms however was very well appointed with a washing machine, microwave, fridge, hob, espresso machine etc and all worked absolutely fine. The rooms were very clean as were the surrounding gardens which are very well maintained. We were surprised to learn that the rooms were cleaned each day with the beds and bath towels being replaced with beautifully white, clean towels and white crisp sheets!
This is a wonderful hotel for families and we can absolutely understand why it appeals to young families. The pool was very crowded. If you are 'more mature' or with teenage kids maybe not so appealing. In saying that there was a gym, games room, tennis court and a spa. The hotel is a bit of a trek to Hastings Street and the parking was a nightmare, despite being there at 8am! The hotel does run a shuttle bus which I would suggest be used.
The set up for a family friendly stay is excellent, from the different pool areas to the games room with 'free' machines.
The per night cost is really very high ($1000 per night for a 2 kid family)
Very clean and kid friendly

Being such a large estate, it was very easy to find and very simple to check in. Great staff, lovely breakfast with great selection over a large range. Room in itself was lovely, had everything we needed.
We had a room on the top level of the condo, strangely there was no elevator that we could see or find. Luckily we only had small suitcases, but it did rain so the stairs were wet and a little hazardous.
Lovely location wonderful staff and nice quiet room very easy to stay at was quiet for us but imagine very noisy with children in school holidays but it’s a family resort so fair enough . Pool lovely and warm
Adjoining room even though I requested not to have this. Old furniture and not cosy at all for such a big apartment - sofa a bit grubby . They were refurbishing some of the units and about to start ours - expensive for what it was especially for older room
The location was good but not ideal as it's not on hasting street but a short ride. The property was nice and they had a game room was amazing to play for free! The pool is nice too great for family.
The room is very dated however the carpet was quiet dirty. I think it will be good to do some renovation of the rooms.
Kids loved the pools. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Facilities in the room were good quality. Access to in house restaurant was nice. Recommend having top floor apartment - better for noise and less foot traffic. We had a great view. Cleaners were great. Great family resort with kids everywhere. Great free shuttle to the main Noosa strip and beach.
One bedroom apartment was small for price. Layout was a bit awkward with two young children. We had the cot in our room and the fold out bed in the main room so we let our 4-year-old fall asleep in our bed so we could have some time to ourselves in the evening. The room always had a funny smell - chlorine like. Restaurant food quality was hit and miss. Would be nice to have healthier kids options.
