Modern and clean apartment was well equipped. The buffet breakfast was delicious and great variety. My daughter has allergies and the staff were very happy to accommodate which made the stay less stressful. Spa one was awesome, professional and accommodating.
It was great there was a games room but I felt it could be bigger and perhaps updated.
Incredible facilities, the apartments are 5-star
The pool gate can be a little loud if you’re near the pool
We had a great time as our young children loved the pool, water slides, soft play, games room. There is a convenient bus into town. It’s a very easy relaxed stay with young children. The staff are friendly. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and it had everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay with young children. The buffet breakfast is worth while.
The only slight negative is that the food and drinks are quite expensive, and the food is priced as restaurant quality where it isn’t really at that standard. The pizzas are pretty good though. Also for 4 days of our stay there was a conference at the resort and so the soft play room was not available which was a big loss on the rainy days.
Our house in the enclave was of a very high standard with everything you could want. It was a real home from home but better facilities!
The reception , restaurant and pool areas were all excellent . Our children loved the games room which there were no charges for .
Nothing
Large and spacious room
Not enough space in general area, especially around the pool.
Very noisy as no windows only slats
Lack ok dining options
Pools, spacious rooms, shuttle bus and restaurant, caffe, kids room
Room was quite a walk to the pool with too many stairs
Ying- ten minutes with this man was enough to ruin our experience. We asked for some assistance with our bags on check out; he began with relentless hammering on the door, then couldn’t handle the bags and asked my pregnant wife to carry them. I asked him what the rush was; he said “I have to drive the bus so we’ll do this all in one trip” and asked us to carry the remaining bags down the stairs, as well as carrying our toddler. His lack of professionalism was evident, and lack of insight a give away to the poor level of training and employment of individuals not suited to basic etiquette, particularly in hospitality.
Breakfast- basic, unappetising.
Apartment- basic.
Pool facilities- close early.
Logistics- need an uber instead of the ten minute walk to town, as no lighting and a very steep exit from the complex.
We left after one night. Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle. Cannot understand the high reviews of this property.
Pool location great but would be good to have alternative route in addition so not walking thru restaurant to get to pool on all occasions.
Architecturally/interior design wise the ceiling lights and ceiling fans are poorly installed. If both are in operation at same time, the shadows of the ceiling fan strobes due to positioning of ceiling lights in the bedrooms.
We had dinner in the restaurant. Another table with children had obviously had an accident with spaghetti Bolognese left on floor. It was a substantial amount of food on the floor. It was there when we arrived and was still there when we finished dinner and left.
The pool and location were fantastic. Shuttle buss to the junction, and main beach area were amazing.
The rooms were great, facilities good too and well set up, the cleaners were next level good. The pool attended removed towels from unused deck chairs, overall the experience was very pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was substandard, not enough choices, limited dairy free. The barista coffee is terrible and ridiculously slow. I ordered an almond flat white extra hot, it came 20 mins after I finished breakfast and it was luke ward and awful, I threw it away and never ordered another. We didn't eat there again for the remainder at all. The first night dinner was a 50min wait and we were with other guests that didn't get served the same time as us, it was a very poor experience. Apparently they were short cooks and servers but didn't tell us the wait time. So many better places to eat in Noosa.
Transport to Noosa difficult after 6pm
The king bed was comfortable, the live music in evening was excellent, the room as requested was quiet and private, we look forward to returning.
The pool was very busy and it was hard to find a lounge chair.
