OK - should have chosen a different hotel overlooking the sea

Didn’t realise it was really a family resort so to many young children everywhere so didn’t use any of the facilities - my fault for not doing more research !

Honestly had the best family holiday. Facilities and food amazing.
Pros:

Great kids facilities. Kids slides and splash pad. Swim life jackets, sinkies and goggles available for children to use. Free arcade room. Pool towels.

Live relaxing music most evenings at the bar area.

Exceptional food at the onsite restaurant. Had dinner there twice and perfect each time. Great menu plus daily dinner specials.

Buffet breakfast amazing with sooo many different food and drink options including English breakfast, amazing variety of fresh fruit,lots of bread options, shelves of doughnuts, cookies and pastries.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Celebrated my birthday whilst there and they provided balloons for our table at breakfast and can also do it dinner.

Can order from a pool side menu with QR code and staff will deliver it to your sunlounger. Amazing.

Shuttle bus into Hastings street throughout the day.

Fully equipped kitchen in a 3 bed sanctuary apartment. So spacious and clean.

Resort needs some attention and some love.
Pros:

Great for kids. Lots to do for families. Entertainment for hours.

Cons:

The room was extremely dated. The couch was old and uncomfortable. The windows don't shut properly so bugs and noise can easily enter your room. Lots of dust behind the beds and lots of dead bugs all around the base of all windows. Blinds in the rooms aren't blockout so by 5am the room is very bright and it's hard for the kids to sleep in. Lots of neighbouring rooms are too close together so when people are coming to and from their room the door slams very loudly and you can hear it and it can startle you.

Relaxing with great family fun activities.
Pros:

Great for families, great transport to Hastings street via shuttle bus every 30 mins. Great bar, pool and very clean. Friendly staff amazing accommodation. Will definitely go back.

Clean comfortable central
Pros:

I stayed in a single bedroom apartment for 3 nights initially, for college of surgeons workshop, then moved to a two bedroom apartment for another 4 nights with husband and friends. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. When I requested a change of the 2 bedroom apartment from an upstairs apartment to a ground floor one, due to my husband's mobility issues,reception staff was very accommodating. I had a hired car for part of my trip so the location of RACV Noosa, being away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings St, was perfect as a central hub to get to different parts of Noosa.

Cons:

The first time I checked into the upstairs one bedroom apartment, the key card did not work. So I had to walk back down the stairs, and half the block to the reception, get new keycard, walk back half the block and up the stairs....I suppose that is good exercise for me...
