Rooms, facilities, breakfast were excellent. Free bus shuttle service into centre, as site was a little way from beaches and parking could be difficult.
Everything was amazing, even better than I expected.
We loved everything
AMAZING! The best place for families! Went in winter and could still swim in the pool. Such a great spot!
Size of apartment. Nice bathrooms and comfy beds.
Bit stingey on tea, coffee and milk for 4 adults. Restaurant expensive. Shuttle bus finishes too early. Sliding doors out to lagoon need bolt locks for children security.
We enjoyed the stay in general. The facility has everything we needed. My kid enjoyed the pool and the game room.
The noise level was unexpected. We could hear people chatting, kids screaming, showering next door. It didn't last long but I had to say this was unexpected.
We booked a much anticipated 5 night stay here in a King Room for our family of 4. I would usually seek to book a larger room but this was all that was available at the time of booking. A king room with a separate sofa bed - apparently that is seen as an excellent option for kids to sleep in. We enquired prior to arrival about getting an extra roll out bed as a requirement for our room and were told it was possible for an additional $65 per night. On arrival we confirmed we required the extra bed for the room and were told no problem. After some time had passed we enquired as to the timeframe for delivery which staff responded - they were “under the pump” but it was on the way. Once we returned the the room to no extra bed, we again enquired and were told that actually no - we can’t have the extra bed due to fire regulations.
That is all fine but why overpromise and under deliver? There is no stipulation on the website that it is not possible and if even the staff don’t know then how can guests be expected to?
We booked for the warm pools and based on other reviews - but besides the issue with our accommodation we were left fairly underwhelmed. It’s more of an elevated caravan park vibe rather than a luxury resort.
The kids activities during the holidays will all cost extra. Buffet breakfast for us also cost extra and had school cafeteria vibes.
Apart from the room being inadequate for our needs, the kitchenette is in the “kids room” so if you’re kids are sleeping then forget making a cup of tea. The room also had a weird smell, was dark in the living room and was dusty with hair that didn’t belong to me throughout the shower.
I would overlook these shortfalls if there was something to balance it out. But a warm pool isn’t enough.
After reading the responses to other honest and less then flattering reviews from management, I expect this to met with a similar level of empathy and gaslighting but if you’re after a luxury stay in the Noosa area trust me when I say this isn’t it. We burned $2500 to stay here for one night. If that doesn’t ring alarm bells then enjoy your stay!!
We had no choice but to seek alternative accommodation after one night and when we checked out early after one night, no one really cared. This strikes me as odd. No attempt to discuss or rectify just see ya. They didn’t even offer to comp our breakfast.
Great facilities and perfect entertainment for our family of 4. Staff were lovely on arrival and very welcoming.
Appartments were great size and well appointed. Pool was heated and kids loved the water slides. Games room was a big hit with the kids. Tennis and basketball ring was also great addition to the resort.
