Wie gesagt, Hotel und Lage ok . Zimmer sehr klein aber sauber

Lage und Sauberkeit war gut

Cons:

Beide Tage Frühstück ( immerhin 15,- ) entweder kein Brot , yam 2. Tag keine Eier . Leere Marmelade
Verschüttete Milch wurde an der Kaffeemaschine nicht sauber gemacht . Lief den Tisch runter .
Als ich darauf hinwies Interessierte es nicht wirklich
Und zu den Eiern !?! Sind heute nicht geliefert worden !
Ich hätte das Geld zurück fordern sollen .

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, réceptionniste professionnelle mais chambres sales.
Pros:

La réceptionniste est très professionnelle et souriante

Cons:

Notre chambre initialement attribuée était minuscule, la moquette était pleine de poussière et d’ongles des anciens clients, la douche était parsemée de cheveux ….
J’ai payé 160€ la nuit dans cette chambre vue rond point/lac
Heureusement la réceptionniste nous a changé de chambre. La 2e chambre était déjà plus spacieuse et confortable, mais toujours pas le standing d’un 3 étoiles.
Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Chauffage a la place de la climatisation. Pas moyen de changer la température en dessous de 25/28 sauf a déranger tous les jours le technicien ou la reception pour mettre en mode clim. Compresseur bruyant.
Pas de bouteilles d'eau gazeuse pour acheter (pas livré)
Vue sur les poubelles et les livraisons du restaurant en face donc pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
Chambre avec porte de s d b qui ne ferme pas.
Manque de patères pour les serviettes.
Portes des autres chambres qui grincent également.
Ménage douteux et bâclé (photo des lits dernier jour)
Pas de lampe de chevet d un côté.
Éclairage très faible.
Pas digne d'un 3 étoiles.
Beaucoup de laisser aller.
Je ne reviendrais pas malgré le geste commercial pour les petits déjeuners.
Je remercie la jeune femme blonde et la dame du soir.
