Prima verblijf
Pros:

Dicht bij lac Annecy, het centrum, de rust, behulpzaam personeel. De kamer met een terrasje. Het ontbijt was prima.

Séjour agréable mais quelques points à améliorer pour mériter les 3 étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement, face au lac
Possibilité d’aller au centre d’Annecy à pied ou possibilité d’aller dans les restaurants autour de l’hôtel si flemme d’aller au centre
Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique
Parking à l’hôtel

Cons:

Le service du ménage est catastrophique
La chambre n’était pas faite avant 14h30
Les sols n’ont pas été fait pendant 10 jours
Les serviettes de bain propres changées tous les jours mais tachées

Shower floods the floor, so I had to use my one towel to soak it up.
The carpet in the room was not vacuumed
The room was so small that I had to step in the bed or push it aside to enter the bathroom.
No guest laundry available.
No way to get drinking water.

Bien mais pour une troisième fois je serai plus exigente
Pros:

Petit déjeuner parfait, beaucoup de choix, produits très frais.

Cons:

Chambre 114 beaucoup trop petite. Les toilettes dans salle de bain à 50 cm du lit / porte à gallandage donc bonjour l’intimité ! Sommes un couple âgé mais quand même ! Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire de bienvenu, pas de frigidaire. Une nuit mais pas plus. Nous étions avec ma fille qui elle était dans l’annexe et chambre parfaite !

Für die Durchreise ok
Pros:

Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und bieten alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein und die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut

Pros:

La proximité avec le lac d'Annecy, le petit déjeuner complet et très bon, le lit et les coussins confortables, changement des serviettes chaque jour, accueil des personnels, le parking gratuit (+ parking annexe disponible).

Cons:

Petits détails à prendre en compte : nous sommes arrivés le jour J dans la chambre et les serviettes usagées des derniers occupants étaient encore en boule dans la salle de bain. Les grincements venant des chambres voisines pendant une bonne partie de la nuit, la très mauvaise isolation des chambres, la chambre n'était pas très propre (traces brunes sur les murs, odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain), le très faible débit d'eau de la douche, le volet qui n'était pas très efficace pour cacher la lumière extérieure. Le sèche-cheveux défectueux... Etc
