The location

Cons:

There are TWO Muse buildings. There's nothing in the instructions to indicate this. In the second building there is no reception and NO notification as to where the main building might be!! The only way to find out is to retrieve the booking, find a contact number and hope that one of your cell phones has reception.
Having called we were given wrong directions to find the other building and reception. So about 30 minutes after arriving in Annecy, we checked in and stayed in a tiny room. A hotel to avoid, however Annecy is beautiful.

A nice, basic hotel. Great location and lovely lake views out the front. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Just a shame

Très bon établissement et très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

La salle de bain, l’eau chaude qui met plusieurs minutes à venir pour avoir l’eau tiède avec peu de débit alors que le mitigeur est tourné à fond.
Le sol de la chambre où il y a des gros trous entre les lattes, c’est dommage car tres visible personne ne passe à côté de ça et on se demande comment on peut laisser comme ça car tout le reste est vraiment bien.

L'hôtel est situé au pied d'une montagne, au bord d'un lac : un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre. Personnel accueillant, bon petit-déjeuner varié. J'en ai gardé un excellent souvenir.

Cons:

La porte des toilettes ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui est gênant dans une chambre pour trois personnes.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
