We enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value.
Pros:

Very good :plenty of choice for breakfast other than the lack of proper English tea which my partner prefers.Had to ask for some bread a couple of times :quickly sorted.Room clean and tidy . Liked the use of a code as a security feature on an evening. Nice helpful staff. Lovely area to the front o of the hotel with beautiful gardens. Great access for Annecy and the lake.-reasonably priced .

Cons:

Access to patio area outside our room .Perhaps better quality toiletries and lol roll.

L'emplacement, le parking, le petit déjeuner, la grandeur de la chambre. Le frigo, le coffre, la climatisation.

Cons:

Le parquet flottant est mal posé, la fenêtre ne se ferme pas correctement, ce qui génère beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Un seul oreiller par personne et de mauvaise qualité.
