Not at all up to the standards of 4 stars hotel as promoted

1. breakfast has no choices and not hot
2. room is run down
3. the lobby was dark and gloomy. Not enough lightings at nite
4. staff should be more hospitable - smile and more friendly
5. i can say that the toiletries provided were way too little, too economy, & too basic like a budget hotel

Everything is the best & very worth the price paid
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom completed with bathtub. Room also has balcony with beautiful view. Sofa & coffee table attached in the room are comfort

Cons:

The room is not equipped with an iron and iron board. Sharing iron with other guests waste my time for waiting turn.

Pros:

Son emplacement, proche de la gare et de la rue principale de la ville.
Le personnel est super, toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions.
Le SPA est bien.

Cons:

Les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de neuf.
Pas d'isolation phonique avec le bruit des chambres voisines, de la mosquée et du parc voisin (musique toutes les heures)

It was so-so.. more room for breakfast improvement.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable stay overall, but the breakfast was a bit of a let down. I was really looking forward to it at Century Pines, so it was quite underwhelming. The variety was limited no proper lauk or side dishes for nasi lemak (just the basic nasi, sambal, timun & telur). Other dishes are bubur, toast, cereals, fruits and scrambled eggs. For RM35 (kids) and RM50++ (adult), it didn’t feel worth the price.
