Location is near to Bus terminal and good restaurants.
Pros:

Room was on ground floor facing the hill.
Couldn't exactly see the hill but would have been great if booked on upper floors

Cons:

Breakfast is offered only to 2 Adults and Kids below 5 years even if the Booking.com says Breakfast Included. The hotel policy is different and you need to pay MYR35 per kid above 5 years.
