Cons:

For a first timer, I saw hill view in pictures were good, so I booked it, as soon as we got into the room, the view I got some home view. I couldn’t draw the curtains also. Then the hotel security wasn’t so helpful when we got back at 2am, there was no parking including below, but the side of the hotel, there was parking. They insisted we wouldn’t park there and all. Then, the fact that the bathtub was not usable in the room. It was like a scam. Basically I got turned down for my birthday.

1st was satisfied. This is actually my 2nd time been here. I wont choose this hotel for my next stay.
Pros:

-disappointed , booked garden view, but i only get wall view, and after booked & paid i did call & mentioned i need connection room, the staff promised can, me & family with a small baby thats why i need that, but when i checked in, the receptionist told me the connection room is full due to group booking , a bit fat n sour face.

Cons:

Iron has to go to level 2 to get it.
Nowdays budget hotel pun ada iron dlm bilik
The room 110 the dust on ceiling above the fan can see clearly .
