Overall, the stay was enjoyable but the exterior of the hotel could be updated.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, and the room was quite large. The location of the hotel is also convenient, being located a short walk from the main bus terminal.

Cons:

The exterior of the building looks a bit dated. The selection of food available at the breakfast buffet lacked variety. There is no pool at the hotel.

Location fine, breakfast poor
Pros:

The location was good for exploring Tanah Rata. Needs to be signposted though. Table football table was fun.

Cons:

Breakfast was reviewed highly but was substandard. I don’t eat meat and lots of meat on display. Honey wasn’t honey. Omelette station chef wasn’t pleasant to ask for a cheese omelette blew his mind. Orange juice was not juice. Basic breakfast.
