Pros:

Great location
Good concept

Cons:

The worst pillow you could ever have. It’s too tall, too hard and if you look inside, it is too old and not clean
One reception lady is mostly arrogant and the restaurant staff are inattentive.
The food is nice though
Room decor is dated and cluttered.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Very near the station and area has a good choice of places to eat.
Supermarket just across the road.

Cons:

Pros:

The check in is a very smooth process which is great. The staff are nice and friendly.

Cons:

I don't like the bathroom sign that says that "cleaning in progress" that is left out every time I have stayed with you. In the main foyer. This issue should be dealt with, and you nearly trip over the sign so it's a lazy way of dealing with a busy public area. Most people need the toilets if they are travelling.
