A window on Fort Alamo
Pros:

Posizione bellissima con affaccio su fort Alamo. Camera spaziosa e bagno ampio con una doccia comoda. Prima colazione discreta.

Beautiful location overlooking the Alamo. Spacious room and large bathroom with a comfortable shower. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato la stanza non perfettamente pulita e al secondo giorno non ci hanno pulito la stanza.

We found the room not perfectly clean and on the second day they didn't clean our room.

The stay was overall very nice, staff was all polite, and helpful. I would recommend to others.
Pros:

We had to valet park at $45.00 per day, so we found that to be too expensive. an alternative for parking would have been nice. The breakfasts were very good. Location was good, we walked to most places easily. Room waws a bit small, but nice. However, it would have been nice to have a microwave.

Cons:

Room a little bigger for two people. and no microwave, and expensive valet.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast. It was very comfortable and the staff was great!
Pros:

The staff was helpful and the location to the Alamo and the Riverwalk were great!

Cons:

I didn’t like the parking being 42.00 a night but did understand why we had to pay for parking as there is not any room at the hotel. We could have used the parking right next door and pain only 25.00 a night.

Massive unadvised parking and pet fee.
Cons:

unadvised massive valet parking fee. no parking on site so you are forced to give the car to the valet and will cost you 45 usd min.
Also "pet friendly" but then they charge you 75 USD!! for a "pet fee". that should be illegal, they should advice that in advance before booking.

Hotel was great, valet was NOT
Pros:

Well we used the valet service ti park my car. Check in was easy. Room was beautiful. The breakfast was better than other places. After the night stay. I realized I left my coin purse in the sunglass compartment. I had left $150 in it. Well it was all gone in the morning. We had already left the hotel when I noticed it gone. Called the hotel they left a message with the valet manager. Never got an answer. I know chances are I will never get the money back but they should have at least called. To some $150 is not a lot but it is to me.

Would definitely return
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and it was one of the better Hotel breakfast that we’ve had. A shout out for gluten-free options for my wife. The front desk was very nice and helpful, appreciated the general manager David checking in on us at breakfast, and helping us navigate the city with some of our questions. Sidenote, the parking is valet only $40 overnight, which might’ve been a bit high in my opinion, but the room rate was fairly reasonable. would definitely return.
