La atención 10/10. Todos los que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y dispuestos para hacernos vivir una experiencia muy agradable

Cons:

Las instalaciones no se parecen a las imágenes del hotel. Se ven viejas en la realidad y un poco faltas de mantenimiento. No obstante, el personal es muy amable y pendiente de cómo ayudar. No servía la caja fuerte y las paredes y baldosas estaban rotas y quebradas. Pero todo lo de más funcionaba perfecto!

The staff were extremely helpful and very kind.

It looked a bit dated and the rooms were small. Some of the facilities were not fully functional and there’s some noise during the night.

Hotel de muito bom gosto. Bem decorado com instalações muito confortáveis. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno, mas muito bem distribuído e confortável para 2 pessoas organizadas.
Localização maravilhosa.

O Wi-Fi é muito ruim. Praticamente não consegui usar.

Amazing staff, fine hotel room
Pros:

The staff were absolute rockstars! They helped us so much and were so inviting and caring about our stay!

Cons:

I feel like the location was good for restaurants but pretty far away from the plays to sight see.
The hotel itself is somewhat run down. It was nice but seemed like it needed a little maintenance done on the rooms.
