Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived early and the cleaners quickly cleaned our room for us. The coffee was good, breakfast was wonderful.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the location was great, very safe area to walk to nearby restaurants

Cons:

couldn´t use the pool, as it was filled to high so the skimmer didn´t work, so lots of flies on the surface, which was a shame

Hotel com estrutura velha, porém conservado em geral. Ar condicionado antigo e não resfriava adequadamente. Informaram que o café era até as 11:30. Chegamos as as 11:02 e, além de retirarem tudo as pressas, se negaram a fazer qualquer lanche.

The smart TV did not work. When we got to the spa, the water in the hot tub was cold, and the cold water faucet in the shower was broken. I complained about both of these things; they said they would take care of it, but they did not. They said they tried, but the TV doesn't work. and promised that tomorrow we will go to the spa, and it will work. The faucet was not fixed, and again, they did not turn on the hot tub on time. After that, I told them again it's not working and asked for a different room with a TV that works/ they would not change my room or compensate me for the things that did not work. I paid for a spa that I did not use, and did not have a working TV in my room. will not stay again ever

Pros:

Super friendly staff and gorgeous rooms if you don’t look too closely.

Cons:

Sauna had splinters everywhere, was kind of dirty. Price also not worth it for the room in my opinion.

Nos trataron super bien y disfrutamos una hermosa tarde de spa con un masaje increíble.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación que no coincide con ninguna foto que hayamos visto en internet del hotel, de hecho encontramos otras quejas por la misma habitación. Es la 203! Pequeña e incómoda.

Perfect spot to stay in Palermo
Pros:

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful, location was perfect- great for walking the neighborhood and nice restaurants. Rooms were lovely and very quiet, breakfast was wonderful and the quiet pool/courtyard is a great place to relax with a glass of wine!

Sehr verschönernd fotografiert . Wo mal ein Bild hing ,schaute nur noch ein Nagel aus der Wand.Das ist bezeichnend. Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht.
