La atención del personal
Mucho ruido desde muy temprano. Portazos, ruidos de motores, gente gritando. Almohadas incómodas, cuarto demasiado pequeño e incómodo. Elevador le falta mantenimiento, sonaba todo al subir o bajar. El desayuno muy malo.

Hotel está categorizado como 4 estrelas , mas existem muitos pontos de manutenção e cuidado que não condizem com o padrão que o hotel se coloca no anúncio. Eu julgaria que ele está mais para um 3 estrelas bom do que um 4.
La Ubicación: Lo Único rescatable
Mala experiencia. La habitación muy fría, la calefacción mala, nunca funcionó el wifi (realmente nunca), pésimo el aseo (tuve 2 noches una bolsa con basura en el escritorio que no levantaron, no cambiaron las toallas del baño, etc), televisor de muy mala calidad (20 años aprox). La verdad no volvería jamás.
Centrally located, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, great service especially from Candela which was super attentive all the time!
Rooms can feel a bit old or not super maintained.

Lo que más me fascinó de mi estadía fue la pulcritud y el cuidado extremo en la habitación. He visitado muchos hoteles, pero la prolijidad de este lugar realmente marca la diferencia: desde el orden perfecto y la presentación hasta esos pequeños detalles pensados para que la estadía sea excelente.

Da cordialidade e atenção dos funcionários. Do café da manhã. De ter máquina de café com várias opções e máquina de água quente e gelada, ambas à disposição 24 horas. Da limpeza das instalações.
