Ottima posizione ma struttura da migliorare
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Duque Hotel & Spa attratti dalla posizione, che effettivamente è perfetta e comodissima per visitare la zona. Anche gli spazi comuni sono belli, curati e piacevoli, e danno una buona prima impressione della struttura.

Purtroppo l’esperienza in camera non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Le stanze sono molto piccole e piuttosto datate, così come il bagno, che risultava anch’esso vecchio nell’arredamento e nelle finiture. Inoltre, il bagno della nostra camera dava direttamente su un corridoio dell’hotel di passaggio, dal quale si vedevano chiaramente le porte delle altre stanze. Questa disposizione creava una forte sensazione di poca privacy e continuo disagio. Abbiamo segnalato la situazione più volte e chiesto anche un cambio camera, ma ci è sempre stato risposto che l’hotel era al completo, senza alcun tentativo concreto di trovare una soluzione o venirci incontro.

Anche il servizio non si è dimostrato adeguato nella gestione delle problematiche. La connessione internet non funzionava e, nonostante fossero presenti diverse linee di accesso, nessuna risultava utilizzabile: abbiamo segnalato il problema più volte, ma senza ottenere una reale soluzione.

Infine, durante la colazione, l’odore di cucinato si diffondeva in tutti gli ambienti comuni, creando un effetto “mensa” poco piacevole.

Nel complesso, una struttura con un grande potenziale e in una posizione eccellente, ma che dovrebbe migliorare sia la qualità delle camere sia, soprattutto, l’attenzione al cliente e la gestione dei disagi segnalati.

Ein tolles, kleines Stadthotel, was wirklich alles bietet. Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr hilfsbereites Rezeptionspersonal (Ricardo, Canella, Macarena), Zimmerdame Virginia sehr freundlich und bringt das Zimmer immer wieder in Schuß. Sehr sympathischer Chef (Alexandro), der seinen Gästen ab und zu einen leckeren Asado zubereitet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer ein wenig dunkel.

Es bleibt vom Frühstück immer sehr viel selbstgebackener Kuchen übrig. Es wäre schön, wenn der noch nachmittags angeboten werden würde.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage in Palermo ist sehr gut, die Guatemala ist nicht so verkehrsreich. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind grundsätzlich ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm, die Dusche toll, wenn auch nicht ganz sauber (Haare). Weiterhin war das Personal, mit dem wir zu tzn hatten, sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Wir konnten problemlos unsere Koffer auch nach dem Check-out aufbewahren und uns auch noch umziehen. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr positiv überrascht; Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Rührei (ohne Aufpreis), Joghurt, Müsli, für Argentinien wirklich außergewöhnlich!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein, das liegt allerdings am Schnitt des Hauses. Das der Übernachtungspreis in Pesos gezahlt wird (obwohl bei booking in US-Dollar), ist in ARG üblich; für uns war der Kurs (Kreditkarte) sehr gut - das erwähne ich hier unter "Negatives" nur, weil es bereits moniert wurde.

All of the staff were lovely and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the shower pressure was great. It was also a very convenient location!
