Uncomfortable bed and pillows, Wi-Fi only worked at the reception. Very poor breakfast, terrible soundproofing, mosquitoes in the room, and no power adapters available at the reception.
The room doors make a lot of noise, and the floor covering creaks. You definitely won’t be able to get a good night’s sleep.

Room had musty odour. Charge of $28 for one beer and one mix drink was excessive.
Room was comfy, reception was friendly, it was a good hotel. Breakfast was fine.

Would recommend 100%! Location is a dream, in the heart of Palermo Soho and close by to so many cool spots! The welcome wine is a lovely touch and the fire pit at night a cosy spot to catch up!

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Trubel von Palermo ist sehr gut, Nebenstraße und daher auch kein Lärm. Rezeption ist mit jungen Mitarbeitern, die sind gut drauf und gewandt. Prima. Frühstück ist gut mit der Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen. Leider hatte ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, meine Kritik anbei…
Einzelzimmer: sehr schlecht ! Nicht buchen ! Es liegt im Gang des Hauses, daher Fenster zum belebten Hausflur. Starke Geräusche, laut durch Türen und Gespräche. Bad ohne Fenster, müffelt kräftig. Dusche: habe ich wegen Zustand nicht benutzt. Zimmer selbst unter 10 m2, ein Bett und ein Stuhl, null Komfort, dafür aber Hochpreis 160€. Das würde ich nicht mehr buchen ! Der Pool : extrem lieblos, schmutzig mit Blättern und kalt. Baulich: abgestossene Ecken, feuchte Wände, nicht sehr einladend. Was hier Boutique sein soll ist mir rätselhaft, in Summe: max 3 Sterne.
Da hilft auch nicht das Glas Wein um den Frust hinunter zu spülen.
The hotel is in a great location and it is lovely inside. The best part is how much they look after you. I was offered wine and also they have set times to enjoy the spa in private. I had a late flight the next day and they still allowed me to use the facilities even after I have checked out which was so helpful as a way to relax before the flight. Staff are exceptional.
No notes. For the price I think the service is brilliant.

The common space was very nice and thoughtful including living room and outdoor area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for Palermo.
Our twin room was quite cramped and the bathroom was very humid.
I am not sure if the double rooms are better, from the photos they look better. We actually booked a double as twin was not available at the time. We were charged the price for a double. We did request a twin in the booking if available and were given this on arrival. I think staff should have advised us accordingly, that we were paying for a double and it would be nicer but have the option of a twin which is smaller and be charged the appropriate rate.
Individual. Lovely spaces. Friendly staff. Great location in Palermo. Great beds. So comfortable.
