El baño....cuando huce lacreserva pedi con bañera..nunca mecdijeron que ninguna habitacion la tiene.No hay canilla en la ducha y tampoco gorro de baño...para no mojar mi pelo tuve que improvisar una.La habitacion tenia aroma a humedad.La conexion de wifi deficiente,pude ver videos en mi tablet por la mitad...se cortaba automaticamente
Es muy acogedor, el personal de recepción es muy educado y servicial, el aseo que le hacen a la habitación es perfecto
Se escucha el ruido de los pasillos y en la habitación que estaba no llegaba muy bien el wifi
La habitación estaba bastante limpia y ordenada y el personal de la recepción excelente
La sección del spa si bien estaba muy completo siento que el huésped necesita o más instrucciones o más acompañamiento a la hora de usarlo, ya que por ejemplo no supimos cómo calibrar el agua caliente del jacuzzi que estaba exageradamente caliente.
