La noticia de que están en remuneración, sin alberca y sin...con ustedes antes de pagar y ya llegando que su estacionamiento no funciona por la misma remuneración.. y muy caro para esa habitación.

Estaban en remuneración, y nunca comunicaron que habían suspendido el servicio de la alberca y la cochera, y no se hicieron responsables de absolutamente nada.

Not a pleasant stay at this hotel and not very helpful management there as well.

Location of the hotel is good.

Cons:

The hotel is currently undergoing daily remodeling from early morning to late night; the terrace and swimming pool are closed; noise, banging, dust everywhere; workers carry construction materials all day; scaffolding and yellow/red tape at the front entrance - looks like a crime scene. In the room: the safe was ripped out with part of the shelf, balcony door wasn't closing, plumbing issues but the worst was the front door lock problem - every day, coming back from the breakfast, beach, lunch, dinner, we couldn't enter our room for 15 -30 minutes, waiting for the staff to open the door for us. On the 4th day we asked for another room but the manager said all rooms have problems. We were patient but next time after standing at the door for 50 minutes we insisted on another room. They changed us to another room which was so small that there was no wardrobe - we had to keep our clothes in suitcases. Breakfast was also very low quality.

The breakfast was delicious. Kind serving staff. Nice selection. Close to the water.

Cons:

We did not know there was a renovation happening, which meant no pool access. The entrance was taped off and required everyone to duck under to enter. The check-in was unfriendly. Our key card kept failing, leading to being locked out of our room for almost 90 mins when we returned one evening. The first room we were given had only a view of construction, had mold in the bathroom, and felt like a prison cell. The second room at least had some sunlight and a view. It all felt very disorganized and in shambles. Not worth the price.

Con los costos que manejan por lo menos la expectativa era que los servicios estuvieran al 100%

El desayuno y la amabilidad del personal de la cocina es lo mejor de el hotel

Cons:

Lo que me parecio de muy mal gusto es que ya tenia todo pagado me informaron que la alberca y terraza estaba en mantenimiento, y el servicio del wifi que no funicionaba.

El hotel se encuentra en relodelacion en toda la parte superior, no se avisa en la página al respecto, lo que es una GRAN MOLESTIA al llegar, pues tuve que buscar alojamiento de última hora! 😡😞
