Hotel felt very easy to get to when entering the clock tower. Lifts were quick to come, and easy to get to food courts, prayer halls, and to ground floor.

Well when we take suites we expect something fancy and nice . Toilets and shower space is so so narrow u can’t even stand properly and take shower . Where as the amount of money u r charging way too high for this kind of room . However we come to umrah quiet offer and prefer to stay so eo other hotels in same tower at this price .

I have stayed here a few times, and the location is brilliant. The facilities are all good, but I feel the loyalty aspect and customer service isnt as great as the first few times. The breakfast is fantastic and Chef Imran always remembers you and welcomes you back.

The hotel is in great location, nice view. One recommendation they should change the carpet, it’s pretty old and used. I am sure the hotel is busy year round, they should refurbish the rooms often.

Everything about this hotel was really good — the distance from Masjid al-Haram, the cleanliness, the security — everything was great. The only problem we had was with the bathroom. There was a drainage issue, and water kept coming up and flooding the shower. Also, they hadn’t noticed that the shampoo and soap had run out, which was inconvenient because I was already wet and ready to shower when I realized there was no shampoo or body wash.
