We love this hotel for many reasons! The location is the best!

Cons:

We stay at this place frequently during the year. This time there was something that we did not like. We arrived around 10am, and we were told the rule of giving rooms until 3 pm, but they were going to work on given us the room before that. Well, we received our room until 3:15 pm. Late, and we also noticed that there were concern about cleaning other rooms and not the rooms that people were waiting for in the lobby. This is just a recommendation, if people are waiting for their room, it is paid, and they are waiting in the lobby. Does it make more sense to make happy the customers that are waiting instead of cleaning other rooms?

No frills splurge in the center of Zona Romántica
Pros:

I love the location being close to everything, I love that there is a kitchen available where you can store your food. Good A/C

Cons:

It has gotten beyond expensive to stay here. Even in the low season, I paid twice what I used to pay 5 years ago. the standard room without a window is not a great place to stay if you’re not at least getting a deal.

Pros:

Location is 10/10. Rooms have the necessities, AC works great, shower has hot water, staff is very helpful. If you have mobility issues, this hotel is not for you otherwise is good for the money. Nothing fancy, but comfortable.

Its a great place to stay in old town.
Pros:

I have now stayed twice at the hotel and I really like it. I will be back in September. Its well located, clean, friendly and well maintained. The room cleaning staff is very good and attentive. Its a good value.
