Very nice people but will never stay here again
Pros:

The receptionists were really nice, the pool was really nice, everybody was respectful

Cons:

My $100 sunglasses disappeared from my room, I decided to leave them in the hotel room because I didn't want to have a tan like a raccoon lol by the end of the stay, my sunglasses were no longer in the drawer I left them in. , the walls were so thin you could hear a mosquito go by outside, there's a sign inside the room that says put all valuable belongings in the safe at the receptionist desk because they are not responsible for anything lost, that made me feel immediately unsafe, the door had what looked like bullet holes or something that was all patched up. The shower only gave me hot water four out of the 10 times I took a shower, I literally was shaking in the shower it was super cold. Almost Every time I use the bathroom the toilet would overflow, even if I'm just urinating. I couldn't get the TV to work at all, the front door felt wobbly and unsafe. I was scared something else of mine was going to get stolen so I would bring my passport and car keys with me everyday.

Really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted.

The location, staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. It was nice to have the pool to cool off in. The hotel met with our expectations.

Fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The best part of our stay was the staff our housekeeper was wonderful. I think her name was Marta. we were ont he second floor. I would go back just because of her and her wonderful perdonality.

Cons:

IT honestly was all pretty wonderful. beds were fine, we had a tv for times we just wanted to chill in the room. Good air conditioning, nice pool, beautiful all around the hotel with all the flowers.

Ubicación perfecta, calidad-precio inmejorable.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta en plena Zona Romántica. No necesitas coche para nada. La playa queda a dos calles y hay muchos restaurantes y bares al lado. La habitación es algo anticuada, pero todo está muy limpio, la cama es comodísima y, al menos en las habitaciones que no dan a la calle, se duerme en silencio y muy bien. El personal es muy amable. La wifi funciona muy bien. La relación calidad-precio está muy bien.

Cons:

No hay caja fuerte ni nevera en las habitaciones. Me parece que no hay ascensores, aunque no estoy 100 % seguro (subí y bajé mi maleta a pulso y nadie me indicó que hubiera ascensores). El aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido.

wonderful to be there again!!
Pros:

i love it there, it feels like home to me. I have been going to the Roger for 20 years... I know the staff well and feel like I am with family when I am there.
My only complaint/wish is that it was not so noisy... the traffic on the street really makes sleeping difficult sometimes.
The service at the hotel is perfection though

I’d go back anytime!!
Pros:

Loved the staff! Loved the location! The place was lovely and comfortable! I felt safe there! No one bothered me! Loved the pool and the loungers! Plenty of drinking water everywhere! Lovely plants and foliage everywhere! Great shower! Nice decor! I was blessed to have a small fridge and a coffee pot in my room!

Cons:

At first I was sad to have no patio and no kitchen but there’s a shared kitchen and a few tables to sit at that’s out of your room! I wish they had a clothesline but it all worked out and I didn’t want to
Leave after two weeks there!

Pros:

Location is the best! Rooftop kitchen is great, pool is welcoming, staff friendly & helpful!

Keep up the good work
Pros:

Been staying here for years. They know me by name as I know them. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. Housekeeping did their job. Everything worked fine. Will be staying there three times in 2026. Looking forward to it.
