Decent place, very friendly staff- but missing some of the expected amenities for a mid-level hotel. No safe in the rooms, which is a dealbreaker for us, no free breakfast, room cleaning every other day. Feels like they're cutting corners all around.

The Hilton Garden Inn was an amazing place to stay, especially because of how welcoming and hardworking the kitchen staff were. Theresa and the rest of the kitchen team did an outstanding job, always being kind, attentive, and making sure the food was delicious and served with a smile. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Another great part of the hotel was the pool—it was warm and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn provided a wonderful experience with great service, cleanliness, and comfort.

Big, clean room & nice jacuzzi tub

Nice Hotel, clean and very kind staff

Staff was amazing! Breakfast buffet was terrific. Location was very convenient and everything was clean & well maintained. We arrived late and parking in front was not available but the parking garage was almost empty and very convenient. Room was very comfortable!

The staff was absolutely delightful and the facility was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked a suite that had two rooms. There were two televisions in it, one television had every channel off-line the other television, which was literally 2 feet away from it. Everything worked just fine. I did let the front desk know twice nobody came up to do anything about it. The bathroom suffers from poor ventilation and there is visible microbial growth on the wallpaper. The website does say breakfast is served on the property. They charge $19 for an adult. We even told them on the website it says $16 and they refused to honor that price. Will not stay here again.

It was a pretty room. All of the housekeeping staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 11 nights whilst on business in the area. Stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor. Check in was a smooth affair, having already checked in on the app, a quick hello to the courteous receptionist to collect a physical key and I was off to my room.

The room was well equipped with a nice living area and desk and a wet bar, with nice coffee machine and two bottles of complimentary water (as a gold member).

The bedroom was comfortable, with a nice comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was well equipped with a nice spa bath and separate shower. The shower had a good water pressure and temperature.

The room overlooked the rear of the hotel and was quiet in the main, but with some audible noise from the corridor and upstairs room, but nothing that caused a problem. The air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom were very loud, however. Running them through the night is not really an option, without disturbing your sleep.

Breakfast was a slightly confusing affair. I was there for three days before I realised there was a continental only option, in addition to the main buffet. The menu is slightly limited and it was disappointing that they only offer plant based sausages and not a meat option. But service was courteous and staff were great and I was able to find something to eat before heading to the office.

It’s a little shame that the hours of the bar are so limited, but the man running the bar was a credit to the staff team, polite and engaging.

The hotel is hidden away, but is in a very convenient location. I will be staying again in a few days, as it’s a convenient, clean and pleasant place to stay. Recommended.

I stayed here for 3 nights this week and the hotel was lovely, but one staff member, Ricardo H., really shined. His care and exceptional service makes the Hilton Garden in Bothell my must stay when in the area. Much appreciated!
