Cons:

We had to wait almost 4 hours to check-in because the clerk said that booking hadn’t paid them for the stay yet…. We had to call you and it still took hours to correct…. In the end booking wanted us to go to another hotel they set up. It was a whole mess and I will never book this hotel again… this has happened twice at the same hotel!!!!!!!

Noisy neighbor kept us up from 1-3 am.
The breakfast was not staffed that we saw while we we there at 7 am. Coffee was used up and not replenished.
