It was horrible never coming back again!

Nothing my room was dirty it had rat poop by the elevator it was just too much

Stay was great. They even allowed me an extra hour before I had to check out. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

This property was in an excellent safe location. Staff was extremely friendly and it was very clean. The breakfast would have been a little better, but it was OK.

I really didn’t dislike anything about this facility

Pros:

The young lady working the front desk when we arrived after midnight was absolutely amazing! The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed at this location and enjoy its proximity to all of the stores and restaurants as well as it being right off the expressway.

Cons:

Housekeeping was disappointing. We only stayed 2 nights and after the first night we were out all day. I was so excited to return to shower and get in a fresh bed. We arrived to the room same as we left it. When we were leaving Housekeeping was actually cleaning the room across from us.
I contacted the front desk who followed us and called back and said she was told we had the do not disturb sign out which was a complete lie. It was hanging on the inside of our door the entire stay.

The young lady did actually bring us fresh towels as we were completely out so I did appreciate that.
