Everything was acceptiomal..Friendly welcoming, helpful staff.. Lovely hotel with lovely staff..They made you feel so welcoming and also on hand to help.. Lovely hotel central to everything. Right beside the Albert Dock & walking distance to Liverpool One, the cavern club, beatles statues, lime street station and so on.. Will be back to this hotel.
Nothing everything was great.
Great location, really clean and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were on top floor which was nice and quiet. Breakfast was lovely- plenty of food and no wait time.
One tiny thing- the hash browns were soggy!
Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht! Das Bad war neu und tip-top.
Die Ausziehcouch war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem bequem.
Beim Frühstück war es etwas eng aber das Personal hat die Gäste gut organisiert.

Close to the docks and Liverpool One - great location
Breakfast was poor and the seating area unable to accommodate everyone. Not enough staff to cope either
Where do i start with this hotel we had the best 5 days away.started on the sunday morning we arrived early as we drove down from Aberdeen though the night. Staff member jamal offered us breakfast since we had driven though the night. We has a family thought it was really nice touch and really appreciated he also said he would speak to house keeping and ask if they could get our room ready early. We came back to the hotel around half 1 and we were really suprised to find out our hotel was ready which was brillant we were so greatful. Another great member of staff you have is kort he was so helpful and took time. With us. We also found the note left in our room after couple of days asking if there was anything else you could do to help make our stay better was a really nice touch. As was the 2 free drinks and snacks as it was our sons birthday. Could you pass on our thanks to all your staff as were brillany and made our stay so good.

Locatie is top! Dichtbij alle highlights zodat je alles kunt lopen. Superleuke lunchplek op 2 minuten lopen waar je spelletjes kunt spelen.
Doordat er gratis ontbijt wordt geserveerd is het erg chaotisch. Verder prima.

Parking is expensive, especially there are many parking spots available nearby at a cheaper rate

The number of people for breakfast ( we arrived around 8:30-9)meant that the coffee machines were often out of order, the spoons in the yoghurt and fruit section had been mixed up and there were traces of fruit in the plain yogurt. The cereal jars had spilled out.The staff was lovely and doing their best but it was a bit overwhelming and not always very “ tidy”… not the staff’sfault but the number of tourists meant that it was not very straight forward

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Would be ok for kids but wouldn’t recommend for adults.
Location, room and staff were excellent, breakfast was a disaster.
Not enough room, coffee machines were constantly running out of coffee and the fresh fruit on offer was not appealing.
The second day I went down, then left without anything, and went to McDonalds along the road instead.
This was the only thing I can say was disappointing about the hotel..
