Good short stay for visiting Liverpool
Pros:

Hotel was close to Albert Docks (7min) and to city center (10min), had underground parking, clean room, stayed at 6th floor and had small view over the docks. we had 2 large beds for 4 persons and it was enough.

Cons:

I wish there was more variety for breakfast, more vegetables for kids would be nice.

noisy, would not return
Pros:

location good, friendly staff.

Cons:

Road noise. I literally didnt sleep in more than 20 min bursts due to road noise all night. It was as if a window was open due to the windows having those open trickle vents in. It was dire. Squeaky bed as well. Shower head was broken and squirted water in every direction not just downwards. Wouldnt stay again. Im a loyal hampton by hilton user literally have another booking in Dublin next week, but this hotel is a complete shambles and lets the brand down. The least you need for a hotel is a quiet night!

Good location, decent value, but standards very low for cleanliness.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The lobby and all common areas need a deep clean. Including the courtyard outside the bar/restaurant. Grungy and overdue for cleaning. The outside courtyard blowing around with trash and even a homeless person sleeping there while multiple staff simply went out there to smoke every 10 minutes. Lots of staff but no one cleaning. Lobby restrooms smells like urine badly.

Overall it was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Angela was superb at breakfast. She made sure I ( single mum with two children) we were allocated on a table and cleaned as soon as needed. She stayed with a smile in a really busy shift and her work was impeccable. I have worked in hotels before and I could tell she was astounding. Well done.

Cons:

I left my home in the Uk to relocate to Spain and therefore my entrance to the hotel was messy as I had a lot of luggage/bags ( my fault really as I needed to reallocate my belongings into other bags for next day) I wish that the staff would have been more proactive as I struggled with all the things plus two children. Ultimately they offered to help as I could not take the trolley and pram/ kids in the lift together, but it would have been nice to have been offered from the beginning.

Breakfast layout can also be done differently. It gets really busy at the entrance plus people getting in/out of the lift. Maybe the entrance at the other side and a one way entry system for food access would work better and look less chaotic. Breakfast staff were great regardless.
