A substantial makeover is essential for this apartment. The bathrooms, in particular, are problematic, with heavily moulded grout and silicone throughout. This suggests a history of unresolved leaks, where temporary silicone patches were applied over the existing issue, exacerbating the mold problem on the floor and tiles. Beyond the bathrooms, the apartment suffers from dirty walls, a visibly unwashed oven tray, and dusty corners, indicating that general cleaning has been inconsistent and incomplete."

Disappointing
Pros:

the 25 floor the beautiful views nice and quiet

Cons:

the cleanliness of the room the sliding glass doors were filthy. The TV was unwatchable when the air con was on, the picture was static and a lot of the channels had no signal. the property needs to be painted and updated. the towels are very poor quality. the reception area is not a good first look, its full with boxes and is generally untidy.

The location is good but the room is not.
Pros:

The check in and check out was smooth and quick. The location is perfect. The building has pool and Gym which you can use.

Cons:

I wanted to keep my luggage in the top compartment of the wardrobe but I found a used condom there. That was so disgusting..

Horrible condition, smelled bad, marijuana and stale food smells from multiple floors, toilet exuded odour if seat left up, towels had black mould, broken shower, TV didn’t work, parking situation had overly confusing layout.

Avoid At All Cost
Pros:

The basic necessities were in walking distance

Cons:

The hotel wasn't worth the price.
The place was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Items in the room were broken. There was mold in the shower

They asked for a $200 hold on a card. Way more than anywhere else I've been in Sydney.

Just dirty place, it wasn’t hygienic to be there
Pros:

Literally nothing it was dirty and unhygienic

Cons:

Dirty rooms, mold in the bathroom, sheets had stains balcony were all dirty, the table and chair were all dirty and bugs everywhere.
