Fiori Apartments

It was expensive for what it was. Desperate need for refurbish. Everything worked but Very old and out dated.

You had to pay for parking. Internet access was also charged, so I didn't have wifi. There was barely any room to walk between the bed and the Tv, luckily there was no one with me needing to get around there. In the middle of the night one of the others on my level (presumably a person who lives there) was gaming with the sound up loud so it was quite clearly heard in my room. This was between 12 midnight and at least 1.30 when I realised I had ear plugs in my bag. Also one of the light globes was blown. And there were no light switches near the bed, so you had to get up and walk across the room.

Curtains did not cover the windows. Literally one fork and one spoon to use. Very noisy even without roadworks

Not clean, nappy bag placed over smoke detector.
Door lock needs replacing. No toaster as stated in advertisement

Rooms need a slight touch up

The apartment wasn’t whipped down properly before arrival I had to buy cleaning wipes to wipe over kitchen, table and bathroom and walls are dirty need a good mop over

There was this awful smell in the unit. It was so bad it was stifling. After opening the balcony doors right up (there were no screens on the balcony doors either) for a couple of hours, the smell seemed to dissipate a little.

The room was dirty and run down. Dirty walls, cracks on the floors and sinks. Completely opposite to the photos for booking the room. Shower floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Open shampoo bottle left above the shower.
It looked like them room hadn't been used in months and they just went in and made the beds for us.
Do not stay here, I paid alot of money for the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.

Very dirty, poor facilities, handles falling off doors. So much bird poo on the verandah that you could use the air conditioning. I have lodged a complaint for refund but still have not heard back from management.

I didn't realise it was actually student accomodation. The reception area was a mess, the parking is not delineated well and poor instruction given. The room was terrible, run down, dirty, bed uncomfortable, pillows shocking. Take my advice- don't take off your shoes. A shower curtain in the dirty shower area - how does that get sanitised..... IT DOESN'T. Random disgusting black run marks from the air conditioner. I felt sick just being in there. Not to mention the over powering smell of indian spices permeated all throughout the apartment building. I love Indian food - but not days old smells - like an overflowing garbage.

Everything else could have been much better. In fact I would like a refund! The property was filthy, many things were either broken, missing or not working, too many to mention!

Noisy in the hotel from other guests/residents, beds not too comfy, shower couldn't get temp correct either too hot or freezing

The apartment looked like it was furnished from council chuck outs. Everything was old, dirty & broken. The bed sank in the middle & was horrible as were the pillows. You couldn't sit on the vinyl lounge without putting a blanket or towel on it due to the massive splits which scratched your skin. The rest of the furniture was also falling apart. The carpets & curtains were all horribly stained & there were sections of wall that had not even been painted.
