Locul a fost minunat.

Cons:

Au avut o tentă de rasism. Au încercat să-mi blocheze o anumita suma de bani în cazul în care lipsește ceva din cameră. Cameră foarte mică. 30 € parcare auto. Ultima zi am stat fără hârtie igienica in cameră.

Mediocre stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great-1 minute from the beach and all restaurants and shops. The fact that the hotel has a garage- it was expensive but it’s worth the money because it is very hard to find a parking in Alassio.
The rooftop bar is amazing.

Cons:

The room was small, the balcony as well (not even a chair). The view of our room was horrible-you look into the other apartments windows and balconies.
It was very noisy in the hotel, the doors of the rooms were slamming very loudly, you could hear all the neighbors talking as if they were next to you.
The furniture of the room was old and rusty.
The breakfast was poor and not delicious- old fruits, a lot of cakes and not very healthy choices.
The hotel needs renovation.

Pessima esperienza: pulizia inesistente, personale maleducato, SPA guasta e niente acqua calda

Nulla, anzi ci sono molte cose che dovrebbero essere prese in carico per un restauro.

Cons:

Sconsiglio caldamente questa struttura. L'igiene è del tutto assente: durante l'intero soggiorno la pulizia sia delle aree comuni che della camera non è mai stata effettuata. Gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati e ho avuto la prova certa che la stanza non veniva toccata: il sigillo del wc, che avevo spostato, è rimasto esattamente lì per tutto il tempo, e uno scontrino caduto a terra non è mai stato raccolto. Il pavimento non è mai stato lavato.
​Come se non bastasse, mancava persino l'acqua calda in struttura. Dopo averlo fatto presente, ci è stato detto di "aspettare 15 minuti". L'acqua calda non è mai arrivata e siamo stati costretti ad andarcene a fare la doccia altrove, presso un'altra struttura infinitamente più accogliente, pulita e attenta alle esigenze dell'ospite. Di fronte ai problemi, in questo hotel se ne sono semplicemente fregati altamente, senza neanche mezza parola di scuse.
​La colazione sarebbe anche decente, se non fosse per il personale: poco professionale.
​Capitolo SPA: un disastro. Molti servizi non funzionavano, incluso il bagno turco. Avevamo pagato per un turno di un'ora, ma l'acqua era fredda. Alla nostra segnalazione ci è stato detto che ci avrebbe messo un'ora a scaldarsi — ovvero l'intero tempo a nostra disposizione! Ce ne siamo dovuti andare. Inoltre, nell'idromassaggio si staccavano persino le pietre dal fondo.
​Mancanza totale di rispetto per il cliente e gestione scandalosa. Evitate assolutamente.
