Avrei preferito la colazione a buffet, trovo il sistema adottato un po' scomodo e ha creato a volte incomprensioni con il personale.

Location- proximity to the beach & main shopping/restaurant area.

Cons:

Stairs to 2nd floor room - no assistance from staff on arrival; limited assistance on departure.
Whilst breakfast was ok, there were only 2 staff members in attendance & the 100% waiter service does not work at busy times. There was clear dissatisfaction from guests.
Self-service should be available.
Recommendations were misguided.

Pros:

Bello la struttura con vista mare, anche se la nostra stanza era un sottoscala, ma per il resto tutto bene ,il personale molto gentile

Cons:

La porta della stanza era difettosa ,non si chiudeva ...un consiglio ,mettete un cestino della spazzatura grande ,oltre quello piccolo del bagno che da solo non basta

We loved the hotel and it's staff. We enjoyed are holiday among Italian families.
Pros:

The property is impeccably clean with an attentive and lovely staff. We loved the location with direct access to the beach. A short walk brings you to the main strip, where you have a myriad of shops and delicious restaurants. Each evening, you can join all the Italian families for the passaggiata. We loved staying where all the Italian families were enjoying their family holiday. It was an authentic and incredibly enjoyable experience, where family and culture are front and center in Ischia Ponte!

Cons:

If you're used and love the full American breakfast experience, then the selection may be disappointing.

la posizione, la sorpresa a colazione il giorno dell'anniversario. (hanno ricordato il giorno e si sono presi cura di noi) è stato un bel gesto. il servizio offerto agli ospiti che si trattengono dopo aver lasciato la camera (spogliatoi e doccia).

Cons:

camera troppo piccola, doccia decisamente stretta. frigobar vuoto. consiglierei l'attivazione di un bar interno. e la climatizzazione dei locali spogliatoio e doccia.

Relax , accoglienza e familiarità.
Pros:

Ottima posizione sul mare, camere pulite e comode, personale gentile, colazione abbondante da fare in terrazza o all'interno con prodotti del giorno, dal dove al salato e variegati per accontentare tutti i gusti.

Cons:

Unica raccomandazione è chiedere le piastrine per le zanzare al personale perché le zanzare sono davvero tante,ma gli infissi sono dotati di zanzariere.
Probabilmente sono entrate prima dell'arrivo per arieggiare la camera

Pros:

Acredito que foi uma das melhores acomodações que ficamos na Italia. O Staff era muito simpatico e nos ajudou com todas as dúvidas. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. O hotel é muito calmo e tem uma localização excelente, fica ao lado (literalmente) da praia e próximo ao centro (5 minutos). Com certeza voltaríamos. Ótimo custo beneficio.

O café da manha poderia ter mais opções salgadas.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist quasi direkt am Strand und hat eine große Terasse, das Personal war hilfsbereit und im Zimmer gab es Mückennetze (!!) an den Fenstern und Türen.
Wir konnten zudem schon frühzeitig einchecken.

Cons:

Da wir uns für das günstigste Zimmer entschieden hatten wollen wir uns eigentlich nicht beschweren, aber der Raum machte keinen allzu gepflegten Eindruck und die Handtücher waren teilweise dreckig, Klopapier fehlte und wir hatten einen Stromausfall, bei dem wohl die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen war. Da das Zimmer etwas tiefer lag hatte man keinen Ausblick und viele Fliegen etc. waren auf dem Balkon.
Leider hat uns das Frühstück auch nicht so gut gefallen (wir hatten aufgrund anderer Bewertungen mehr erwartet), es gab keinen Käse und da man sich nicht selbst bedienen durfte hatte man das Gefühl, dass man nicht so viel essen kann wie man möchte. Vielleicht lag dies alles aber auch daran, dass es der letzte Tag der Saison war.
