Nice but staff could be better

Nice size apartments and good location.

Cons:

Staff were very slow. Check-in took forever even though there was only 2 people ahead of me I still had to wait 45mins to check in. Was there 4 nights and room wasn’t cleaned or given clean towels once. Has to buy shower gel because was only given 1 sachet.
