Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sauber, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage. Wir konnten nach dem Check out unseren Koffer an der Rezeption lassen und noch einen schönen Tag in Gent verbringen.

Mooi hotel, super vriendelijk personeel, goed gelegen.
Pros:

Mooie kamers, professionele ontvangst, begeleiding tot de lift zelf, ontbijtdame super vriendelijk.
Late check out was welkom geweest, waren naar Charlotte De Witte de avond ervoor.

Cons:

Overnachting en ontbijt vond ik wel wat prijzig, 250 euro in totaal met ontbijt.

It was perfect for what we wanted - central location with comfortable rooms and good facilities.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The location is superb and the rooms were very well equipped and very comfortable.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in Gent and is well connected. Our river facing room had a superb view overlooking the river. They allowed us to check-in an hour early, which was great. The room was clean, well stocked and the bathroom was very clean, neat and modern. The amenities such as the pool were well maintained. Though they have a car park, we used cheaper public car parking option within 10 mins walk from the hotel with EV charging.

Cons:

The breakfast rate was EUR 25 per person.

Direkt im Zentrum, sauber, interessantes altes Haus.
Pros:

Das Luxuszimmer im obersten Geschoß war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist optimal, wenn man rasch wieder zum Zimmer möchte (für eine Mittagspause etc.).

Cons:

Die Parkmöglichkeit und prinzipiell die Benutzung des Autos im Zentrum von Gent ist mehr als schwierig: eigene offizielle Registrierung, Zufahrt nur gegen Anmeldung möglich, schmale Gassen. Wenn man keinen Hotelparkplatz bekommt, muss man in einem Parkhaus stehen. Das Gepäck mussten wir bis dorthin schleppen. Klar, in einer alten Stadt ist das so, aber man muss es mitberücksichtigen bei der Reiseplanung.
Das Schwimmbecken war nur teilweise benutzbar (Umbau).
Verwinkelte Gänge und niedrige Dachschrägen.

Séjour super dans un super hôtel ; à refaire !

Accueil super et personnalisé , chambre très jolie équipée de tout confort et de matériaux haut de gamme , propreté super , petit-déjeuner délicieux , frais et varié
