Pros:

Check in process is fast. Room was clean. Plenty of free parking places at the hotel premises. Good choice for short term staying if you're not too exigent. 5 min walking to Carrefour, shops and restaurants. 15-20min walking to city centre of Wavre

Cons:

Room was small and the lighting was poor. There were just 2 bed lamps that provide poor light
