Best location to visit Istanbul
Pros:

Location was splendid. It is at walking distance to all major highlights. It is close to tram station. We could better plan our visits to sightseeings. In pause we could get back to hotel, for short break and than continue. This meant a lot. Breakfast is versitile.

Pleasant stay in Constantinople!
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff was very polite and helpful, especially Mustafa at the reception. The location is perfect, the room was clean. Breakfast was also nice and had variety of local food. Thank you all! Suggested 100%

Pros:

The room is quite big and just a few meters to the Hagia Sophia. The staff Mr Muzaffar was really entertaining and friendly.

Cons:

No elevator. You have to carry your bags by your own but do not worry the staff will help you as well.

BOM HOTEL PARA EXPLORAR A CIDADE
Pros:

Extremamente bem localizado ao pé da Haghia Sophia e transportes. O Hotel é antigo, não é luxuoso, mas para o preço-conforto é excelente. Necessita de alguns arranjos nas portas, acabamentos do duche mais bem acabados, mas isto é apenas um pormenor. As camas e almofadas são muito confortáveis. Tudo é limpo diariamente. O pequeno almoço tem variedade de pratos e é generoso. Talvez os sumos pudessem ser naturais. Mas o mais importante são os rececionistas, sempre prestáveis, educados e simpáticos e prontos sempre a ajudar. Têm um serviço de transfer parao aeroporto muito eficaz. Muito boa estadia. Recomendo para quem prioriza localização, simpatia e limpeza. E sobretudo o conforto de uma cama depois de um dia longo de passeios pela cidade.

Cons:

Não tenho reparos a fazer. Inclusive houve um problema com o chuveiro e substituiram logo nesse dia.

El trato del personal muy bueno, ubicación inmejorable aunque hay que saber q entre las 5:30 y 6 a.m. oyes la llamada al rezo,ya que el hotel está al lado de Santa Sofía
El desayuno lo dulce bien,lo salado no nos gustó,igual es que estamos acostumbrados a otros desayunos, es muy turco que es lo que toca
El tener restaurante justo en el hotel facilita mucho sobre todo si vas con niños para cenas y está muy rica la comida

El baño muy viejo, ducha salía poca agua pero nos hemos apañado

Перспективный отель, но номерам требуется ремонт
Pros:

Отличное местоположение, в самом центре, до большинства достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, при этом достаточно тихо. Хорошие завтраки, каждый день было что-то новое.
Приятный персонал, администратор и горничная говорили по-русски, что-то советовали и помогали.

Cons:

Номер абсолютно не соответствовал фотографии, нам дали номер на 3 этаже, фактически это мансарда с урезанными окнами, одно их которых выходило в стену дома напротив. Номер очень маленький.
На потолке следы от протеканий, когда пошел дождь потолок начал намокать. В ванне на потолке везде грибок, запах неприятный. Когда мы только заселились в ванне пахло резкой химией, то ли травили насекомых, то ли обрабатывали от плесени (
Сантехника нуждается в замене, все очень старое. В ванне сломан держатель для душа, очень неудобно.
В общем, требует ремонта или замены практически всё в номере.
