Cleaning Service Team

The cleaning service team has been excellent during my stay. Ms. Sita Budhathoki, does a wonderful job cleaning all the surfaces and keeping everything spotless and well organized. She is very friendly and well mannered. I truly appreciate her hard work and professionalism.

The team (top to bottom) demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout my stay. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently, and the overall standard of service made a real difference during a busy and often pressured period of work.

A particular mention to the guest services team, whose support and approachability were genuinely appreciated. The environment was well managed, comfortable, and dependable - exactly what you need when travelling for business.
