good central location and comfortable for our needs
Pros:

check in was friendly, and people were very kind when a kettle was not working. prompt re replacement.
Bed was comfortable, and position in Cairns was very accessible to Esplanade, and to centre for food, and activities.

Cons:

bathroom is a bit dated, and some tiles were sharp, and door stuck on floor, however for Central city, good value for the 2 of us.

Okay stay near the Esplanade
Pros:

Close to the Esplanade, friendly reception staff, good value particularly if you book in advance.

Cons:

Tired, window sheer and extra blanket needed washing.
We booked for a room with king bed for 2 nights but ended up with a queen bed so we struggled a bit. The mattress gave us both sore backs and the accessible shower made the water going all over the floor so we had to dry it afterwards. We decided to cancel the one nights booking we had here a week later due to these issues.

お得でフレンドリーなお宿でした
Pros:

3泊、別の部屋に滞在しました。場所はケアンズ中心地から少し外れますが徒歩圏内、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔でした。
お値段高めの部屋(2階のミニキッチン付き4人部屋)は、リノベーションされており、とても綺麗でした。
事前に早朝に荷物預けをお願いしていたら、夜勤の方がいらっしゃり預かってくれました(不在の日もあり、事前メッセージをおすすめします)。
日本人の家族連れも多く滞在されていました。
途中で2回、別の都市に行く関係で荷物預かりをお願いしたら快く対応してくれました。

Cons:

安めのお部屋(1階のミニキッチンなし2人部屋)は、古めでやや暗かったです。ただし清掃は普通にされており、清潔感はありました。

Enjoyed our stay in Cairns
Pros:

Hotel staff are friendly/helpful. They offer to store luggage before check in/after check out. Our room is newly renovated, has living area and mini kitchen. About 10 mins walk from restaurants/esplanade area.

Cons:

Not that I could think of. It met all our needs during our stay. May be different from other guests.
