Nice quiet location. The reception was welcoming and friendly, very quick and efficient! Comfortable bed if a little soft.
Major Stains on the bedding carpets and curtains, walls very dirty and marked. Overall needs a little updating and deep cleaning but the general cleaning was well done.

Location
The walls, curtains, lamp shades and carpets are dirty and stained. Garden and patio unkempt. The reception area also looks like terrible.
The cleaning was well can’t say it was clean enough to feel comfortable the bathrooms were gross with mould all over shower nothing u would expect staying at a hotel, I wouldn’t even shower in a shower that bad at my own place. Not worth the money and I feel a full refund is fair. Photos are the state of both showers in the room we stayed in.
Happy with the room very quiet no traffic noise staff were all nice.
Only complaint was the shower walls needed cleaning the rest of the place was clean.
