Agréable
Pros:

Je suis arrivée tard, cela n'a pas posé de problemes. Il y avait un coffre avec la carte de la chambre, et les explications pour y accéder étaient claires. Le personnel était adorable. Une bouilloire est à disposition avec sachets de thé et de café avec des tasses. Un frigo était à disposition mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, juste les rideaux étaient un peu vieux et abîmés et laissé passer la lumière du jour mais en soit cela ne m'a pas dérangé.

Ac in bedroom didn’t fully work. Meant disruptive night sleep.

Pros:

Stayed one night as a group of 5. Upon arrival the reception was locked and the provided phone outside did not connect to the 24hr line however a man quickly came along and was able to access the lock box and give us our key. Apart from this the apartment was spacious and well set up for 5, the place could likely do with a facelift in the future as was shabby however all slept well and the beds were clean. Good location to Cairns airport and from the bus station.

Good value, comfortable and a great location
Pros:

Quiet location but close to esplanade and CBD attractions. Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, good wifi and secure parking

Cons:

We liked everything but the gardens could have done with a tidy up.

Enjoyable overall. Good location and price
Pros:

Having a patio room was great.
Tea Coffee facilities good.

Cons:

Trivial but sometimes bed was not made...I always pulled cover up but it was not fixed.
Cups or glasses not washed or replaced. No detergent if I was responsible for cleaning cups

Parfait pour une arrivée tardive ou pour un cours séjour
Pros:

Simplicité et souplesse de réservation. Ce n'est pas le cas partout, surtout en late checkin. C'était notre deuxième passage dans l'établissement. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
