Open easy parking in locked gate,

Tiles in bathroom were green down the bottom, obviously not cleaned properly on a daily basis too get this scum build up.

In desperate need of a refresh. It seemed like it was built in the early 90s and hadn’t been touched since. A place to sleep, and that’s about it.
I’m afraid I can’t say too much positive about this property other than the staff. The facility does offer parking along with a washer and dryer on the second floor, and it is within walking distance of the promenade.
For what we paid I expected much more than a tired room that desperately needed a paint job as well as a good cleaning of the shower tiles, which were green. We were told we had been given an upgrade, but in actuality, we were given a handicap suite as the showerhead was located shoulder height, and I’m only 5’3“. As we were checking in, we overheard the price quoted to the gentleman in front of us that was staying for four nights and it was only $100 more than we paid for two. The explanation I was given is that we booked well in advance, which makes no sense to me.
I’m starting to suspect that when you book a room through Booking.com, they provide you with the least desirable as we have had little success with our hotels in Queensland.
The two ladies at the Front Desk were very helpful and did us a couple of favours for free thank you very much
Near the airport, near downtown, great suite with a kitchen and balcony for a family of five. Affordable, free parking, pool.
Cable was available but couldn’t get Netflix on the tv., parts of the hotel were updated but others, like the bathrooms, were in need of updating.
Idéal quand on arrive par le dernier avion, late check in bien rodé, équipements corrects, bonne literie.
Si il fallait vraiment trouver quelque chose on pourrait dire que le check out à 10h peut être un peu tôt, mais sans plus.
