Overnight stay with my love for celebratory night out.
Pros:

3/4/26 king spa room
1. The onsite staff were helpful and pleasant.
2. Room was nice and clean.
3. Location for us was fabulous.
4. I consider value for money at the time.
5. I would recommend and will consider coming back when I next come to Brisbane.

Great hotel, accommodating staff = wonderful stay.
Pros:

My biggest positive was dealing with the staff. After my flight had been delayed to the following day, by the time I’d arrived I was looking at an even shorter stay than planned, but the staff were amazing at shifting my booking a day (with help from booking.com) and I was able to appreciate the full length of my planned stay.

The facilities themselves were great, bedrooms well appointed and the candy bar near the entrance was a great little touch.

Cons:

The *smallest* of issue would have to be the rooftop bar as I’d gone up in the afternoon during what should’ve been opening hours but no one was attending the bar. It was no big deal though as it was pretty hot up there so I ended up heading somewhere a bit cooler for a Sunday sesh.

A fabulous modern hotel, close to high end eateries and shopping
Pros:

we were up graded to a king spa suite which was a wonderful way to be greeted.The decor of the hotel is beautiful , the attention to detail of music themes was fab. The Ovolo is in a great location , close to James St and far enough away from the music venues and traffic for a peaceful sleep. It was also close for access to art and culture when we chose to go there.

Cons:

the kitchen not being very organised for breakfast.The spa is very small lengthg wise and only fits one person. The pool was not easy access for my work colleague

The rooftop bar was poorly managed - untrained staff, unhelpful manager - extremely poor communication. This was felt by all the patrons of the rooftop bar.

Perfect spot with a cool Vibe!
Pros:

Ovolo was a great hotel with an Awesome Vibe. The decor is quite funky and cool. Staff were great room was awesome everything you need. Beds comfy and awesome shower. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, we will be back! Didn’t want to leave!
Pros:

Everything was literally perfect! From the moment we got there the guys at the front desk were so welcoming and kind.

The lighting in the bathroom was not the best for make up (not even a real problem lol)
