Pros:

The size of the room the comfortable bed and the closeness to the venue we were going to made us like where we stayed. It was amazing the staff were brilliant and polite and friendly and just the nicest people.

Sensational - will absolutely return
Pros:

Stayed at Ovolo for my 40th birthday and had 2 other friends also stay. Josh and the staff were so accomodating, lovely and professional. The room was everything we needed and more and the staff made sure that my friends and I were on the same level. Loved our stay and will definitely return :)

Great hotel but not having access to theTV facilities and poor communication from staff spoilt the trip
Pros:

Wonderful property- great location and room was very comfortable

Cons:

We were unable to use the TV our entire day as Chromecast was not available/working. We had planned to watch the football etc from our room during certain parts of the trip due to to rainy weather however we were limited to watching shows on our phones. We made repeated requests for it to be fixed- communication between reception staff was very poor and it was never resolved. We were offered breakfast which we didn’t use due to our plans already made. This issue was raised within he first hour of our arrival on Friday and was not rectified all weekend till we left Monday.

Cool, comfy, spacious and good value. Would stay again.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and so too the bathroom. Clean, comfy, quiet plus well stocked mini bar. Free water in the room & lolly bar in the foyer. Located in an area with plenty of food choices.

Cons:

Took me ages to figure out how to turn off the bedside lights but that’s only a minor thing.
